I did not get to see Hina as I was (and still am) travelling when she rented my apartment, the feed back I got from my friend whi handled everything for me is that everything was ok with Hina.
I could host Hina and her family in our Villa in Switzerland. Due to a longer vacation I could not meet her personally. My housekeeper told me that they were just perfect guests, despite the fact, they were travelling as a big family. They treated the Villa very respectfully and I had always a clear and fast communication with Hina. I can recommend Hina and her family to all of you and would be very glad to host her again!
Hina and her family were really nice guests and were very easy to get along with. I would recommend them to any host.
Hina has been a great guest to begin with, until we have noticed she and her family have destroyed the new bed linen and towels. They were all full of huge stains (oil, food, etc). When I have claimed money from Airbnb for the damage, she started to bring up all these things about staining her dress, etc. Things she has never mentioned during her stay. It is not nice when people do that, to my understanding, if there are issues, you communicate with your host about what is wrong.
There has been an issue with a tap and I have sent a plumber immediately however, she said I have sent one next day which is not true. I mean things like these happen and are not under my control unfortunately.
For the above reasons, I would not recommend Hina as a guest. The curtains have been pulled off, a chair unglued, a table's leg nearly removed also.
Hina and her family were amazing.
She was respectful and polite and also very friendly and lovely.
I did all my best for her and she understand all efforts that I did. I recommend her to all hosts. 5 stars!
