The stay itself was OK. Room OK, Apt as described.
However I cannot recommend this airbnb-host as I was extremely inconvenienced up to and during check-in.
During booking (2 weeks before check-in) we loosely defined check-in "around noon".
Susanne was away and she designated her housemate to do "her job" for check-in.
I could never reach this person (or Susanne)! I tried for one week, almost daily, before check-in. My calls were not answered, and I was not called back, even though they had my number. Email was unanswered.
Due to airbnb's cancellation policy being quite inflexible for the "airbnb-guests", I had to just go to the apartment at noon on check-in day and hope for the best. Of course, no-one was there.
After some time a neighbour happened to enter the premises, so that I could get past the apartment-block security gate.
The actual apartment door was unlocked, and I entered and felt like a burglar going through the apartment trying to find "my room" according to photos on airbnb. Very uncomfortable. Also, the room was in a state as left by the previous guest.
If the neighbour had not come along (by chance), I could have waited till evening or later. Or I could have spent another hour on the phone with airbnb trying to cancel the reservation.
I got one night's "rent" refunded by airbnb for the inconvenience and the room not being "ready", which I can live with, but I would have preferred a reliable host.
As nice and welcoming as Susanne is, as well as her roomates, the appartment was rather very dirty, and rather far from everything (even if there are bus stops everywhere).
Good for broke students who won't pay attention to cleanliness
