to be honest, we were quite surprised about your message.
In regards to the mentioned trash: We have already stayed in several appartments but never got any Information, that it is not allowed to leave trash in trashcans within the appartment. We put all our bottles in a bag, because we did not know where to put glass trash and honestly, due to environmental reasons I am not putting them in the general waste. Also in regards to the trashcan in the bathroom - please do not put a trashcan if it is not allowed to use it!!
In regards to the general Situation in the Appartment - when we arrived, the shower was already like that and, the first Thing we did was cleaning the sink in the bathroom, the mirror and the toilet - which should not be the Task of a paying guest!! Unfortunately - as the Drain of the shower must be clogged (but believe me, already before we came) the shower stayed in this condition. I can only say to this, for a guest - it is also not nice to take a shower with darkbrown dirt and hair of the previous user all over.
We did not give any Feedback, because we did not want to say, that the Appartement was for sure not cleaned before we came... but after your message - we should have done so.
Also in regards to the key, in all our stays at Airbnb appartments - we have never been asked to pick up a key at a different Location. Not a Problem, but certainly not very flexible when you arrive around midnight and then you need to go somewhere else for the key. To complain then that we called you - sorry, but this is getting slightly ridiculous.
