The exterior is cute and on a tree lined street with parking in front. The living room is comfortable with nice touches such as artificial flowers. Otherwise, the house is primarily designed for people to sleep. Each room has two beds, each with a zebra print bedspread and red sheers. The light fixtures are fans with bare CFL light bulbs. A motley selection of sheets are provided in a stack next to an equally motley selection of towels on a dresser in one of the rooms. There is a window AC unit in each room. Guests are expected to provide their own dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper beyond what is already on the fixture. The washer and dryer are functional but outside and not particularly clean--the house itself was surface clean but my husband found rodent droppings in the cabinets. Patricia was generally responsive to our request for kitchen towels, enough pillows for each of the beds, and functional light bulbs. There is easy access to grocery stores, Walmart and the freeway.
Found it easy... Great parking... Didn't stay there much was at the beach the entire time
Thank you Carlos and see you next time!
The area and neighbouring tenents were sketchy. The entry way is down a dark ally along the side of the house. Paper thin walls and loud dogs barking all night. luckily after contacting Air bnb i was able to get out of my booking and only had to stay for one night.
The house was just as described, very clean, and spacious. Ample parking and all amenities provided. Patricia responded very quickly to all issues we may have had for the 6 weeks we were there. We were very sad to leave this great home! Absolutely no complaints, highly recommended!

Host was very friendly and welcoming. It was a tight for four people. A short car drive to the beach. Near shopping. The only real negitive was the noise dog next door.
Easy. Affordable. Very close to everything.
Thank you Brett and next time in MIAMI!
I'm Patricia's son. The city of Miami is also known as Vice City, a city filled with crooks. When you are renting a place, it is easy to get screwed or lied to.
That's when Patricia comes in. As a true and honest teacher that's been educating the finest students for the past 43 years, Patricia has been awarded the highest award there is in the French educational system. She has received the status of Knight of The French Educational Institution.
