My husband and I are in our 30s, and parents of two amazing little girls. We met playing rugby in college and I played high level rugby and coached some youth rugby for more than 10 years. Now I work in a gift and flag store outside of Philadelphia and Matt instructs ROTC cadets at Temple University. We both enjoy eating good whole/local foods and working out. Lifting, Crossfit, RushFit, P90X, etc. I'm a bit of a homesteader and enjoy baking, canning, and making mead. Our garden is full of organic veggies, some herbs, and a few random heirloom plants that I'm trying out this year.
