Emily, I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay. I wish that you had let me know about the sheets—this must have been a mishap with the laundry, which I did not notice as I set up the rooms, and would have thrown them out sooner. Perhaps you could have mentioned this when I checked in over the weekend to see how your stay was going. Usually, even our long-term guests are very satisfied with the mattresses, and our pillows and both beds were purchased new within the last year.
