Very convenient arrangement. To the subway of only 2 minutes on foot. Area silent. The third floor and big steps therefore I don't recommend to aged guests - will difficult rise. For the rest everything is good. Hostess friendly. I arranged us remarkable excursion across New York. I showed good nearest restaurants. Despite its employment, I devoted to us much time. At the end even I saw to the airport that we didn't get lost. Thanks!
Super stay in Bushwhick at Seanna's circus loft. Good people, good music and a neighbourhood in motion. If you go, I advise you to have a crack on some of the circus aparatus. Seanna offers beginners classes during the week, which I had the fortune of joining in on. Seanna is great and so is her space.

Seanna was very a very gracious hostess. Watching the sunset from the top of the building was a real treat! Loved the skylight view of the city too. The location was exactly as advertised. It was close to the L and easy to get into the city. Seanna also made sure our needs were met, checking in to make sure all was well. Thanks so much.
A great location from which to explore NY, just a short, safe walk to the L-Train (Halsey) and then go where you need to go! The room is basic but adequate, it can get quite hot in the summer nights but Seanna was very quick to provide a fan and all was then ok. Staying at Seanna’s place was great, she gives trapeze classes and watching them (and taking part if you choose to) adds to the overall positive experience of this artistic loft, as does meeting Seanna’s beautiful and gentle snake, who sometimes visits during classes. Seanna is friendly and helpful and all the students we got chatting to were great too. For those who have a car, be sure to check the signs (some streets have restricted hours on some days) but finding a suitable spot in surrounding streets if necessary would not be a problem.
Fantastic rooftop patio, friendly hosts and great proximity to the L-train! There can sometimes be a lot of action in the main space, but that just adds to the character of the space and there is always the roof deck, if you are seeking less activity at the end of the day. Good spot, if you need a place to crash while in Bushwick area.
Seanna's studio is a nice big space in a building just off Broadway in Bushwick. There is access to a roof with nice views of the city and it's pretty close to the Myrtle/Broadway Subway. I tended to cycle everywhere and there was plenty of space in the studio for my bike. I was living with Zoara the Cat which was fine for me because I like animals - but if you don't like a fluffy furry friend then this isn't the place for you. There were some small problems while I was there (with the roof & internet) but Seanna very quickly took steps to remedy those. There is lovely light in the studio, a functional kitchen, and a fold-out futon that was plenty of space for my friend when he came to visit me. There's also a piano! Bushwick is a good area if you already know Manhattan and the more obvious places in Brooklyn. Be sure to try out Little Skips (Myrtle & Willoughby) and also Goodbye Blue Monday (turn left onto Broadway) for breakfast/lunch and burgers/live music respectively. It's about a 10 minute cycle to Williamsburg and about 30 minute cycle over the Williamsburg bridge to the Lower East Side, SOHO, NOHO, NOLITA and the Village. Have fun!
My daughter and I spend 8 nights in Seana's apartment i Bushwick, and the overall experience was good. When we arrived the place cleanness didn't meet my expectations, but Seana was quick to solve this problem, and a very efficient cleaning maid showed up and vent over the hole place. The location is fine, the neighborhood is a bit rough, not quite Williamsburg yet, but is't not unsafe. Its easy to get to the city, just at 5 min walk to the sub. If your looking for an artsy experience this is where you should go.
Nice creative safe spot. She went out of her way to accommodate me on my stay. Sweet cat. I definitely recommend . Yes I would stay here again
