Entrepreneur, therapist and yoga teacher. I'm all about offering a fun an relaxing experience at this wonderful secluded home in VT.
Sean is an incredibly friendly and helpful host.
The house is very secluded. It was perfect for our little summer get-away. Things are a bit "Mom-and-Pop" out in Corinth, Vermont, but that is part of the beauty. It's very peaceful and you can only hear the birds and crickets. As advertised, it is very secluded.
There is so much you can do all within a short drive. We golfed in Bradford (very nice greens). We mountain biked Sugerbush, which was also a blast.
We visited VT and stayed Sean's house on long weekend. It's wonderful place. I like the living room and kitchen. It's easy to cook and have social events even we have 11 people. We did have a good time over there.
Lovely property! Truly a secluded space for your group to kick back and relax. Our guests really appreciated the fully stocked bedding and cooking equipment. The only problem was that the WiFi gave out, which was a problem with the local telephone company. That being said, I did enjoyed the forced "unplugging"!
Sean's place was the perfect location for my groups retreat. Even with the snow surrounding the house and keeping us indoors for most of the vacation, we still managed to find comfort just by enjoying the view of the mountains from indoors and from the porch. Both the main house and guest house provided us with a cozy atmosphere to hang out and sleep, as well as the necessary items to cook as if we were in our own homes. Overall, my group really enjoyed staying in this location for the weekend. If we had the opportunity to go back, we would go in a heartbeat.
After 3 hours of driving in two cars, it was Sean's house that provided the unforgettable staying for my group of 8. We had two wonderful evenings beside the fireplace without disturbing of phone calls. Friends talked talked and talked. When we walked out side at nights, the beautiful view and clean sky made us lost. Thanks Sean!
Seán's secluded home plus guest house provided ample accommodations our three family Thursday-Sunday winter break gathering which included six parents, five teens, and three dogs. We played some of board games (e.g. Yahtzee) we found in the octagonal living room. The upstairs loft plus bedroom was particularly well suited for our teenagers who slept-in during mornings while parents walked and cross-country skied along nearby snowmobile paths. We met neighbors who told us how Seán's place had been tastefully renovated from it's original use as a family hunting lodge. One afternoon we divided ourselves into three teams for a scavenger hunt that involved driving to nearby small towns and interacting with locals who were all exceptionally friendly. In short we had a great winter getaway, and we'll likely come again someday, perhaps for a summer retreat.
Unbelievable location we went with 3 couples in the winter with almost 3' of snow right out the back door. Down the meadow and in to the forest and a VAST trail, fantastic. The property managers met up with one couple lost on the way in and immediately recognized the situation and gave great assistance and directions what luck.
The reservation was canceled 13 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
We had a great stay at Sean's home. We had a great time exploring the beautiful woods and taking it easy at the house, which was clean and comfortable. We would definitely go back in the future.
The house was very nice and clean, at a beautiful location. Sean was very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay at the house, it fit 10 people very comfortably. Definitely a house I will look at again when I go back to Vermont.
