Response from Diana And Josh:
Most of these concerns could have been addressed if the guest had reached out to us during her stay--and we repeatedly asked her during it if she had any concerns or needs. For example, the water pressure was likely down because of some atypical construction in the adjacent apartment, which we could have addressed by making a phone call or two. And there are plenty of extra lamps available, which are not normally plugged in but will quickly brighten the place after dark. Finally, the ad clearly states that the bed is full-sized, that there is a bit of noise (because the floors are hardwood and the neighborhood is dense), and that the parking is street-based, though we have rarely, if ever, had complaints about any of these things.
