Everything was simply perfect!the house is really beautiful, we were all very surprised the first time we walked in!It is very big and full of details. All the beds are very wide and the kitcken is so modern. It's very well located, in a gallery full of charming restaurants and little shops. We had a really good time there! No doubt I will stay there whenever I go to Paris!!
We stayed here in January and absolutely fell in love with the place. If anything, it’s more spacious than the photos, and we were greeted with a great guide to the neighborhood and a delicious bottle of wine! Being on the Passage turned out to be a HUGE advantage. Not only is it charming and historic, it was DRY, and we spent a lot of time exploring the unique restaurants, cafes, and shops just downstairs. The house itself is incredibly quiet and comfortable, however, which was much appreciated. What a great find! Thank you, and we’ll see you next time.

Amazing experience and Josh was an excellent host. I would highly recommend this apartment for couples or solo travelers. The location is superb and the design is very unique. The toilet is not an issue.
Joshua was very responsive from the very day I have booked his place. My check-in was hassle free even though he wasn't there in person. The location of the apartment just cant be better. A minute walk to Place des Vosges and very close to Le Marais and Bastille attractions. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience staying at Joshua'a place. Few more details;
Pros: Location, calm neighbourhood, small but very cozy terrace, lots of light enters the flat so very serene, artistic decoration, kind of small studio but very smartly decorated to make it functional, owner's responsiveness.
Cons: No shower, toilet is extremely slow, there is a nice bath hidden however if you are seeking intimacy it's not the right choice as it's open.
Josh was very welcoming when we arrived. He happily showed us around his lovely apartment and made us feel comfortable. He gave us extensive details about the apartment.
Would recommend staying in this amazing apartment in Paris. It is close to markets, shops and the metro.
Our journey across paris to this wonderful appartment was smooth and easy thanks to the advice given by Josh before we left the UK. When we emerged from the metro we immediately liked the neighbourhood, especially when we turned down the quieter side streets leading to the appartment. Josh was waiting for us at the snail house at the top of a very charming spiralling staircase. He showed us around and left us with all the information we would need to enjoy our stay for the next couple of days, including a lovely bottle of organic red - perfect.
We had been so looking forward to staying here and had spent ages choosing it from the huge selection available. We were in for a treat as this pristine place was even better than we imagined. We loved it and even managed to make use of the balcony in the middle of December.
The marais is a fantastic place to spend a couple of days - it has a great buzz and is full of great cafés, bars and stylish boutiques. Although our favourite thing was to stroll through the place des Vosges - only a stones throw from the front door.
Perfect holiday. Highly recommend the appartment. Also recommend Sunday brunch at les bonnes soeurs just around the corner - worth queuing for!
We were three people and we all loved Josh's apartment, a charming mélange of old and new, much like Paris.
Heat and Comfort:
Paris was rather cold and humid, but thankfully the apartment wasn't, and hot water was plentiful. Many pillows, covers, and towels as well as all that is necessary to make great tea and cook (although with all the restaurants on Josh's list we didn't bother). Strong wifi signal.
Beautiful surroundings (sites and restaurants) and close to everything by foot, metro or taxi; for taxis we never paid more than 18 euros to see key sites (Arc de Triomphe, Louvre, Eiffel tower, Montmartre/Sacre Coeur, le Tour Montparnasse, the Gare de Lyon).
We all would stay again, be it for a few days or even a month!
Great experience... location could not be more perfect... during the day it's great, but late at night gets a little rowdy. Would highly recommend this listing. I emailed a long listed of suggestions to the host, hopefully they'll be incorporated as they'll make the place even more awesome!
Joshua is a nice guy, everything was perfect ay home. I recommend positively
best regards from the island
Joshua et Sandra sont adorables, très propres et respectueux de l'appartement.
Vous pouvez leur faire confiance sans problème.
Although I did not have the pleasure to meet Joshua I recommend him as he was great to deal with in arranging the stay and all.
