Hi there, my name is Joe and I've been living in NYC for almost 2 years. Yes, I have a bit of a funny accent (well to some of you) as I'm originally from the UK (up north in Manchester to be precise) but spent the last 15ish years living in different parts of the world. I spent around 8 years living in Sydney before making the move to NYC.
Work hard and play hard and the home is very important to me ... not least spending time with my family and friends, but also just making it a nice place for me to come home to. I spend a lot of time at home whether it be working, entertaining, pottering or just hiding (of course I'm kidding) so I like to have it nice.
You'll see in the photo album the Holstee Manifesto which if you haven't come across before then I suggest you look it up and read every last word of it and stick it on your forehead and from this day forward live your life to the fullest. I try, I really try but it is hard. But at the very least you've come to the right city, the city that never sleeps. So I wish you well on your travels and most importantly wish you a fantastic stay in the Big Apple.
