I'm sorry reading this review for several reasons.
First you just booked the flat but I HAVE ALWAYS speak in italian with your friend and maybe he didn't translate properly the situation.
The day of the check in i tried several times to phone to your friend (he has an italian phone ) and he confimed because of the service or provider it din't work well!...
SO FOR THIS REASON I COULD FIX WITH YOU A PROPER TIME FOR CHECK IN. i TRIED TO PHONE HIM SEVERL TIME BUT THE PHONE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
you had a problem with the door the 1 January at 6 pm (NOT A NORMAL DAY!) Anyway i spoke again with your friend and i told to him that i was ready to come but i told hIm also that if the problem was your fault you should have paid for it. ..and he told me immEdiately NOT TO COME AND HE CHECKED FIRST THE PROBLEM BY HIMSELF ...did he tell you or tanslate my phone call??...WE NEVER ASKED YOU TO WAIT THE FOLLOWING DAY FOR SOMEONE...you know what i realizeD that you wrote a bad review because i asked you the extra money for sunday arrival as regular written in the booking and you was a bit upset for paying it....sorry david i suggest you next time to go in a hotel and because i hope you can maybe do better next time i didn'tt write on your person a bad review, maybe someone will host you.
