I'm really sorry for the cancellation,i've already told you the reason. I've adviced you as soon as i received the bad news so i hope you had enough time to find another convenient flat for your holyday.
thankyou for your review,the suggestions allow me to improve the service and to be a better host.
However,about your complaints:
there are NO bed bugs: no one before or after you complained about that. I've called a exterminator (i don't know if is the right word) and he controlled everything but didn't found anything. In any case he used all specific products (poison) and i cleaned matress with steam. But i repeat: no bed bugs, maybe another insect (now definitively dead) , but no bed bugs.
About the cleanings: i usually do everything by myself but that day i called a maid to help me: i won't call her anymore: if you read all reviews, everybody says that the flat is very clean ( and that there are stairs to climb, but is very sunny and there is a nice view).
About the washing machine: i told you to wait for me but you didn't.
You also use the wrong way but doesn't matter.
2 Tiles in kitchen and in door way had been already repaired.
Breakfast was not included in the price: i left coffe,milk tea and cookies near the kettle and toaster: didn't you see?
I know is hard to be a perfect host, but i'm trying.
