Well, as you just wrote you never ever arrived on time. And sorry, but I am not wasting hours of my holidays waiting for someone who is just postponing appointments or cancelling as YOU did every time. You never showed up, so please....at least do not lie We were always waiting more than 15min. Parking in Miami Beach is also NOT FREE, just during limited hours, and anyway.....that's not the point, the point is that you did have a contract and conditions which included parking permit and you gave us to us during the second in the evening (when you said you would come at 10am).
And sure I complain if nothing is like the contract and description said. The flat was not clean, dirty floors, the wc was broken (took pictures), the dryer did not work, we have to ask for more water, etc...... I mean where is the problem? Sorry but you did not offer what was agreed on. And if you were willing to help as you are saying you would have shown up. But really, every single time you were cancelling in a short time saying "sorry". Well, if you can't manage your apartment business is not my problem but as a customer I have the right to say what I saw to avoif that any other tourists have the same issues. And well, the best thing you could do is to fix all these problems and do not lie because really, I do not need any discount.....not at all. But if your flat was dirty, broken wc, no parking permit and nothing as agreed.....these are facts, that you may not like and that's why you answered in such a way. But sorry, is your problem....not ours. And as I have friends and family in Miami I can tell you that they were really surprised with all these issues. If you can't keep your word, the contract and everything which was agreed be ready also to get bad reviews, and this one is one with many reasons
