I'm a grad student in clinical psychology who has lived in Chicago for many years. I'm friendly and sociable while also being a secret introvert - I love my friends and my alone-with-books-on-my-porch time equally!
All right, the five things I can't live without: Cooking. Reading, Physical movement (yoga, running, riding, etc.). Meaningful human connections, shared love, supportive friendships. Sunshine.
As a guest/traveler: As far as my housebroken-ness, I'm a great guest - neat, responsible, respectful of other peoples' space, and I promise not to forget any dirty socks. As a traveler, I'm calm and friendly - sometimes a little reserved, but only until I get a feel for the lay of the land. I'm more of a travel-with-a-map type of person than a let's-go-get-lost type of person, but I still love to explore. I've lived in German and England, and have traveled to Wales, Scotland, France, Belgium, Austria, Vietnam, Guatemala, and Canada.
My life's motto: Don't live every day as though it was your last. Live every day as though you must live with the choices you make for a thousand years.
