I grew up in LA. I love discovering new spots in my town and abroad. I can't wait to meet you!

We had a three night stay in Jeremy's place.
Pros: location, it's walking distance to everything in santa Monica. It was very clean when we arrived and it was easy to find. The WiFi is great and there's Netflix on the tv which we really appreciated.
Cons: it's a lot smaller than it looks. It gets very hot during the day and there's no aircon, only a fan. The couch bed is very uncomfortable to sleep or sit on. The kitchen isn't very well equipped.
Overall we enjoyed our stay but we were glad it was only for a couple of nights.
Overall the apartment is quiet, clean and location is really good. Also, the parking space is ok.
It didn't work out perfectly for us because the second bed option futon is unconfortable, the Wifi is unreliable and the bedroom window did not open – it was quite hot. We missed a table or a counter hight to have our meals, as well.
I'd recommend it as a convenient good value stopover in LA for a couple.
Lovely home in a great location only a short walk from the beach. Had everything you needed and was very clean and tidy, beds were very comfortable! Would recommend this place to anyone visiting.
Logement confortable et très bien situé.
I rate the from a Swedish perspective and I am very picky.
In Sweden, we build houses with thick insulation in walls and roofs, triple glazed windows, high interior standard and people are used that it is quiet.
This house is probably from the early 1900's and has a low interior standard.
The house is clean (dirty windows though), new laminate floors are inlaid right recently and the house is repainted (sloppily made unfortunately).
Broken window in the kitchen. No fan in the kitchen or the bathroom. Uncomfortable bed in the downstairs bedroom.
The biggest problem is that you must pass the downstairs bedroom if one is to go to the toilet. It awakens the sleeping there if you have to get there at night.
A car repair shop is the closest neighbor to Lincoln Street and there is junk on that side.
We stayed for two nights and I would not rent this house again.
Comfortable bed, not so comfortable sofa, clean throughout the entire house. Living room can get very hot, but there is a fan in the bedroom which helps. Parking is a pain if you have anything larger than a compact car, but it was a private spot so that alone was nice. Very close to the beach. Host took a minute to respond to my question, but it was my fault for not reading the house rules, which explained everything I had asked.
Me and my family enjoyed 9 great days at the Surf Bungalow! It was easy to find, good descripted to enter and very clean. It's close to the beach (10min walk trought a nice neighborhood) and well located for trips to Disneyland, Downtown LA, Hollywood, Long Beach and Malibu. Durant our stay the renewed the garden in front without any noise and it looks beautiful now! If we come back to LA again we will stay in those Bungalow for sure!
First time user of airbnb and will definitely use again. This little spot was cute and had everything we needed. Did get a little warm during the day, but going to the beach was always part of the plan. So didn't matter much to us. Super clean and great location. Coffee, Whole foods, and tacos super close by. Two thumbs up.
We stayed in Jeremy's beach bungalow for one night mid june. The apartment was clean and spacious and the safe parking spot was a huge plus!
It was great having you all stay. Thank you for taking great care of our place!
Great guest..very clean.. Welcome back anytime..
