Roza is a really nice person. She constantly takes care of her guests always available and ready to help with any request. The Victorian house has many rooms well furnished and a large kitchen that works as a common area for the whole house to share within guests.
A casa foi encontrada como no site. Estava limpa e organizada. A localização é muito boa, perto de um Grande shopping center, de um centro de compras e da estação de metro, trem e ônibus. Quando voltar a Londres quero ficar nesta casa. Obrigado.
Roza was very kind and always available to help me. I really liked her, she helped me a lot! I was a little lost at the beginning, I arrived at Stratford and actually couldn't go on foot to the B&B. However, at the end I got there!
The district wasn't the safer one where I have stayed in London, but it's ok!
I really liked my private room and wifi was very fast and excellent signal!
It was our first experience with airbnb and we recommend the stay at this room of Roza. It is how we expect it and therefore reading the description and recommendations is a good planning.
Everything was perfect.
The house was cozy and the room clean and warm.
The house is located in a perfect position and it was really easy to get to Stratford Station and move around London.
I recommend this place to everyone Who Wants to stay in a comfortable and calm place and visit London.
We were satisfied. The place really looked as in the picture, the room and the bathroom were clean. It was quite close to the Stratford station and from there it was only few stops by the underground to the centre of London.
Accomodation was as described in a nice house. Easy access to the city centre via Maryland Station or (better) Stratford Underground. We didnt get to see Roza but everything went as expected.
Unfortunately the blanket was quite short (I'm 1,85m) and thin (my girl felt cold at night) for two people so I recommend to replace that.
Big plus: There was a hairdryer that we were allowed to use.
We used the room as a base on a short trip to London. Roza seemed pleasant although we had little contact with her in the month that we stayed with her. Overall experience was extremely pleasant.
Roza is a good host, and does her best to make guests feel welcome. She greeted me personally, despite a late arrival, and also brought me an extra blanket (London was cold!). She was also fairly responsive during my entire stay.
Overall, I think this is a good place if you're looking to stay within a budget. The description is accurate. The house is a collection of rooms rented through Airbnb. That can be good or bad- I met a few really awesome people while there. I also had a bad experience with one person smoking under my room constantly, in the patio. This filled my space with smoke, and also made the clean laundry smell like smoke. If you don't like smoking, then I recommend not renting the room I stayed in- but that doesn't mean you shouldn't consider other rooms in the house.
Also be aware that there is no live-in host. So, not all of the rules will always be followed. Some guests are there short-term, and some are there long-term, and they have different rules. (Short-term may not use the kitchen for cooking, and long-term need to purchase their own toilet paper, for example). The different rules struck me as odd, but they are easy enough to follow, and most people do.
The kitchen was quite well-equipped, with tons of fridge space and cutlery. The bathrooms were okay- decent water pressure, but sometimes the hot water was more warmish. The location is quite good- very close to a major supermarket and 7 minutes to Stratford Station, which has major bus and tube lines.
Summary: good, basic place to stay on a budget. If you want more privacy or nicer accommodations, maybe look elsewhere.
Roza was our guest just for a night. She communicated her arrival very well and also left the flat clean and tidy. We would be glad to welcome her again.
