Bonjour, Bongiorno, Hi!
I'm an Italian photographer who has now been living in Paris for 15 years. Since I'm often travelling back to Rome, i'd be happy to welcome you to my lovely Parisian home.

We had a wonderful time staying at Enrico's apartment. It is just as stated on the website complete with views of the Eiffel tower. (i did a lot of research back home n New Zealand to find a suitable place to stay and wasn't disappointed!) The apartment is clean, comfortable and accommodated our family of four adults comfortably. Enrico was really helpful. easy to deal with before arriving and generous with his time and help while we were in Paris. The apartment is right next to a metro station where you can get a train to Sacre Coeur and right next to Pere Lachaise Cemetery- where lots of famous people have been buried! My son and husband loved their visit in the winter morning sun! We would highly recommend staying at Enrico!
This is a beautiful space and very well situated. Everything was perfect. Wifi available, gracious host. Highly recommend.
Apartment was great. There was everything what was necessary for pleasant stay.
And Enrico was very helpful with all information what we needed.
Good host beautiful apartment!
Amazing apartment. Enrico is such a delightful host. Everything was clean and he is extremely friendly. Will definitely book this place again!
Enrico's two-bedroom flat with a panoramic city view, including the Tour Eiffel and some of Paris most iconic landmarks, is spacious, bright, charming, in good taste, well-kept, and very conveniently located in an area of Paris that has all the local flavors of an authentic and self-sufficient neighborhood, not a tourist's beaten path, while close to everything you would like to visit in the city, not only by subway or car but also by foot. As it also is the place where Enrico actually lives, it never feels like a year-round sanitized and depersonalized rental place, but like a true home, with a real person's photos, books, art, musical instruments, mementos, and everything that makes a house a home. Enrico is an excellent host, friendly and personable right from the start, but also knowledgeable and helpful and self-effacing when needed. He would share with you all kinds of useful and valuable information and tips about the city, from places to visit to new trends, while at the same time making sure you would feel not only at home but in charge. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to individual travelers, couples or families, but to book it again next time I'll visit Paris. I have both lived in Paris and visited it many times both for short and long periods. At Enrico's place I felt as if I were moving back to Paris and re-discovering an area so familiar to me from his apartment's particular feel and perspective...
Sorry for the late reply! Enrico's flat was great, exactly as pictured, we loved the fabulous night view of Paris, with sparkling light of Eiffel tower shining in the distance.
The location was perfect, just cross the road from metro stop. The flat itself was spacious, and airy.
Enrico was a great host, communication with him was extremely smooth, he provided us with lots of valuable information, including some great restaurants ☺
I adored Enrico's apartment: the retro decor was unique & the view (from the 5th floor)--was absolutely incredible! I would absolutely recommend a stay there if you're looking to avoid the tourist crowds & get the feel of staying in a 'genuine' Parisian neighborhood.
Enrico wasn't able to be there when we arrived, but his girlfriend greeted us promptly & showed us around, even emailing me some of her favorite restaurants & cafes around the area. The apartment is in an 'authentic' area of Paris (hardly any tourists, tons of Parisians just doing their thing!), with loads of cafes, grocery stores & shops (there's also a market on certain days of the week right across the street). The kitchen was fully furnished, the beds were large enough to sleep 2 adults in one & 2 teenagers in the other--and it was so nice to be able to come back from a day around Paris & throw open the windows to see the Parisian rooftops against the sunset!
The only thing I would add is that during the summer (there was an insane heat wave in Paris during the 2 weeks that we were there)--top floor apartments get extremely stuffy & hot, even when all the windows open. It isn't something that ruined our experience by any means, but perhaps something to keep in mind if you are sensitive to heat.
My family had such a wonderful time staying at Enrico's & we still dream about that amazing Parisian view!
Enrico's place is beautiful and spacious, ideally situated in Paris.
He's a great host and I'd definitely book his place again next time I go.
I cannot recommend Enrico's apartments highly enough! I stayed there with my partner and our 2 children for a week and loved every moment of being there. There is an amazing fromagerie right over the road. Also a boulangerie (with delicious croissants), supermarket and everything else that you would need to have a wonderful time in Paris.
We loved how the neighbourhood felt really real and not very touristy at all. The metro is right across the road and makes it SO easy to get around Paris!.
The apartment itself is just gorgeous. Very Parisian and extremely well equipped. With everything we could possibly need. We did a lot of cooking during the week, having such great shops downstairs to make some wonderful feasts. Also, it must be one of the most lovely views in Paris from the balcony.
We left 2 days ago and I'm already missing it!
Enrico was very clean and easy to communicate with. Welcome back anytime!
