I really love Italy. It is my goal to try and stay in this beautiful country and try to learn the language and as much as I can about the history so I am able to share it with others!
I love exploring and getting lost, because for some reason here in Italy you are never really lost.
I try to run a couple of days a week but since I walk so much here I tend to get pretty lazy.
I really enjoy taking people to places they wouldn't normally go to here. I have several favorite restaurants here in Florence and tend to be a bit of a "foodie," and my son says I'm quite the "wino" also! I have one son that I am madly in love with who lives in Washington DC. And a really great boyfriend. We love to have dinner parties on occasion, which is always fun for meeting new people when you are in a foreign country.
We are a Gay friendly house! I'm an ex-hairstylist so I LOVE LOVE LOVE my gays!
When I'm not in school I can be found having lunch with friends or taking my dog Shane for walks around Parco Cascine.
I highly suggest coming to Italy with an empty stomach and an open mind!
