Santa Barbara CA, (there now), Ranching, and i am a contractor, so producing nice spaces that people enjoy living in, gives me a tremendous sense of accomplishment.

Wonderful stay in San Francisco. Bob's house near Twin Peaks is a gem. It is just as advertised...large, spectacular views an each of the three levels, and modern appliances throughout the house. The neighborhood is very quiet. Added benefit is that on-premises parking is available, avoiding the need to "hunt" for those rare parking spaces in the City. And, two blocks away, there is a bus stop, providing easy transportation to other parts of the City.
During our stay, a movie was being filmed about a block away, allowing us to have some interesting conversations with the production crew.
Bob, many thanks for allowing us to spend a few days at your house. It was a great experience.
This is a great place with a really nice view of the city.
Great stay. Robert's place was spacious and clean with views of the city in the bedroom. Kitchen was very useful for making breakfast and not eating every meal out. Great place, affordable, and convenient to the Mission District via the 22.
We had a great time at this lovely twin peaks home. Awesome views of the city from every bedroom that overlook a three-tiered garden terrace that hosts butterflies and hummingbirds. Robert was quick to respond to our questions and his directions were easily followed. Nice corner market for the essentials.
The three separate floors could pose a problem for elderly or handicapped challenged by stairs, but we loved the separation which provided privacy for all of us.
The beds were firmer than our liking and we wished for an outdoor grill and for a toaster in the kitchen for some of the delicious sourdough toast we hoped to eat with our breakfast. Otherwise, a perfect spot high in the hills over the bay.
Très bel appartement, avec une vue fantastique.
Un peu loin du centre mais par contre le fait de pouvoir garer sa voiture devant la maison est un grand avantage.
Bob was great to work with, prompt with communication, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended. And the house! A stunning space with sweeping, epic views of San Francisco. Truly incredible space. All around an extremely positive experience and would absolutely stay here again.
This is a FANTASTIC house. Drop-dead gorgeous views from every floor. Walk out decks, patio and gardens in a fantastic location. Gourmet kitchen, tasteful, comfortable furniture, big screen TV's in a beautiful neighborhood. Every morning climbed a different hill for views that were amazing, but truly not a lot better than from the inside of this house. Huge space and easy to get lost in with 2 adults and 2 college age kids! Questions to owner were quickly answered. Would rent this house again in a second! Thank you for making this available for us to enjoy.
There aren't enough characters in this review box to expand on my adulation for this house. Spectacular views and awesome interiors - situated on the end of quiet & upscale neighborhood. Premium SF right here.
Robert's place is bit of a secluded gem, tucked on the side of a hill with fantastic views of the city. My family had a very nice stay. With only three of us, we were spoiled for square footage. There were rooms and bathrooms we never even got around to using.
Just note the place is spread out over three floors, which means a lot of stairs. Not a problem for me. But my elderly parents got rather tired out from going up and down all the time.
We reported that the kitchen sink had a fairly significant leak on the first day, but Robert never got around to fixing it. So we were forced to wash our dishes in the smaller supplementary bar sink. Aside from that incident, and perhaps a fresh coat of paint, this place makes a lovely home base in SF.
Bob was incredibly easy to communicate and his place was the perfect landing pad while in SF for a week on business. Comfy bed, great views, and an easy walk to everywhere I needed to go. Bob even had a fan in the closet for the small heat wave that hit SF during my visit.
