Vengo da Quarrata, un piccolo paese in provincia di Pistoia. Adoro stare nel verde e amo tutti gli animali!!
Our apartment in Florence was in a fabulous spot, very easy to find our way around Florence. The apartment itself was very small but ok, the only thing was when it's say it had a kitchen we didn't have a toaster which is a necessary for kitchens, but that was the only problem. Laura was a beautiful young lady, and communication with her was very good.

Great location. 10 minutes' walk from SMN station, about 20' from Duomo. Good cafés and restaurants nearby and a fab ice cream parlour on the corner. Surprisingly quite overnight. Definitely enough for 2 people only without a lot luggage. Laura was quick to respond to all our enquiries - from the moment we booked to the day we arrived. She was there to greet us and show us around. Reasonable value for our stay. Reliable wi-fi. Recommended!
Overall space were much smaller than the pictures shown. Location good as it's near SMN station.
This was a nice room in a great location: most of what a visitor to Florence will want to see was within an easy walking distance. The room itself was small, but the kitchen was very well-equipped and bathroom was spacious. One small issue was that the wifi connection was flaky during our stay, but presumably it was due to some temporary problem..
Laura è molto disponibile e gentile. L'appartamento è molto carino,e la posizione ottimale. Unica pecca è che nelle foto sembra piú grande di quello che è!! È proprio piccolino ma ha tutto quello che puó servire..
Lo consiglio :)
Nice place. Good help from Laura. Don't ask her for recommendations for restaurants though. She advised us to go to 'Da Giorgio', but there are restaurants same price far better in the neighbourhood.
All was perfect! Thanks a lot to Laura for hospitality!!! We hope be back next year!
Fantastic communication from Laura. I was desperate and booked the room while I was on the train from Milan. She replied promptly so I immediately had a place to stay.
The place is smaller than it looks in the photos but for one person it was ample. A few small idiosyncrasies eg the shower head sprays the wall so bathroom floor got soaked if the shower was on high pressure, keys difficult to use sometimes. For the price however this place was good value. Noise was variable. There was construction going on across the street, and you can hear the upstairs children sometimes, but I had no trouble sleeping.
Location was great. Just a 10min walk from the main station, about 15min to the Duomo and Uffizi, about the same to Oltrarno. What I liked was that locals actually live in the area. I felt like I was experiencing a slice of Florentine life. I'd take my espresso & pastry every morning at a bar pasticceria, not a tourist in sight. Plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, delis, bakeries nearby. The street is well lit and I felt fairly safe walking alone at night.
I'd recommend to young travellers who don't expect the Ritz, but want something better than a hostel.
Laura's apartment is just so great! Perfectly located, fully equiped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, it is the perfect place for your stay in Florence. Absolutely reccommend it!
Siamo stati benissimo! Appartamento centralissimo, peccato che la camera da letto sia troppo piccola!
