I have to say that being called a liar is reprehensible and I am very cross about this more than anything. My staff and I did everything to accommodate the guests and we informed not to visit on the Friday as they were out or on Saturday morning as they wanted to sleep in. The hostess said that £20 for a cleaning fee would be acceptable and this perplexed me as we were more than happy to go straight down on Friday and sort out the issues. We arrived on Saturday around 3 pm and waited outside the door and we knocked and rang the bell - I called. I, then out of exasperation left £20 under the door mat and we left. I texed one of the guest informing them.
The TV was working as it worked first time for me. However we took the hostess complaints seriously and provided a rebate and we now have a check system in place on every check out and check in. This review is unfair - however one lives and learns.
