Susanna has been an unbelievably wonderful guest! Clean, tidy, always considerate, she has made her stay an experience for me! She never left a mess behind her to be cleaned up, and was so quiet - sometimes I never knew she was in her room at all! Even more so, when I had to leave the country on short notice and returned after she had left, the house was in perfect condition! She had even washed the dishes in the sink and removed all the laundry from the line so it would not dry out in the sun! Though she had never lived in a home with a kosher kitchen before, Suzannah had so respectuflly kept the kitchen on the highest standards of the laws, and always asked when in doubt, that I could not have asked for anyone more careful in the kitchen.
The only time she was told to turn off the gas switch was the first time. She was so careful to ensure the safety procedures of the apartment. Nothing had to be repeated or reminded, as her level of consideration has been sky high.
As the apartment is Sabbath observant, cooking was not possible on Friday night and Saturday day. Not only did Suzannah accept that unequivocally, but she actually changed the schedule of her cooking and prepared her dinner much earlier than the usual so as not to make me (the hostess) feel uncomfortable with having cooking performed in the house on the holy Sabbath day.
I would highly recommend Suzannah to everyone and anyone to whom she would turn for a place to stay. You can rest assured that your home is in quality hands, with a responsible young woman whom it is more than a pleasure to host but an absolute privilege!
Susanna was a great guest. She was so involved in her research we hardly knew she was here. However, we enjoyed getting to know her and wish her well.
Susanna and her boyfriend were sweet, quiet, respectful, tidy guests. Highly recommended.
