We stayed 4 nights in Nina's apartment. Is is a clean apartment, and the basics are well provided for cooking, coffee, bathroom, sleeping, dishwasher, ... A bit darker than in the photos of the ad, because the windows look out at a small courtyard surrounded by buildings. The appartment is small, but we got around with 2 adults and 2 kids (12 en 10 y). You get correct value for money.
Great location! We did almost everything by foot or bike (vélib). The Marais is also a nice neighbourhood when you want to be a away from 'extreme tourism' like in Montmartre.
We didn't meet Nina, but the correspondence in advance was clear and helpful. Boyeth was there to receive us.
Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. The location is perfect and is within walking distance to many grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The apartment comfortably fit 6 of us and the space is well used. I would recommend Nina's apartment to anyone looking to stay in Paris!
Great two storey apartment. Easy walking distance to department stores, grocery supermarket, Picasso museum, notre dame, pharmacy and other locations. Laundry very helpful for our family and coffee machine with pods was welcoming. Facilities were great and house was very clean. Noisy outside with bars and clubs but he double glazed windows blocked out the majority of the noise.
We enjoyed our stay at Nina's apartment in Paris. The apartment was consistent with the pictures posted, and it was located with an easy walk to Hotel de Ville Metro station and access to the tourist attractions of Paris. Unfortunately, Nina was out of town during our stay, but she made arrangements for her house keeper to meet us and provide us access to the apartment. He met us at the Metro station as planned and guided us to the apartment. Nina was very responsive with all communications leading up to our stay. While the spiral staircase was very tight when moving luggage, the apartment easily accommodated our family of 5 with two teenagers and a 10 year old. The only thing that came as a surprise to us was the nightly noise and street gatherings as patrons of the bars below the apartment congregated on the sidewalks and street starting around 7pm and remaining until 2am+. This was not just weekend nights but occurred every night throughout our Wednesday to Sunday stay. It was hot during our stay and Nina had fans for each bedroom. Fortunately, closing the windows and using the fans covered up most of the noise. Had it been cooler weather and guests wanted to sleep with windows open, I can imaging the noise being a bigger problem. Overall, we were very pleased with Nina's apartment and would recommend it to others!
El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y equipado. La anfitriona tuvo una comunicación muy eficiente con nosotros y sus indicaciones fueron clarísimas.
My family of five had a fantastic three-night stay in Paris in Nina's apartment. The location is great, a ten-minute walk from Notre-Dame and easy to get to and navigate the metro. The space, with 4 bedrooms (1 down and 3 up), was perfect for our family. Nina was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to drop off our luggage early. Her communication was also excellent, answering all my questions prior to arrival. Her husband was also incredibly gracious, helping us to arrange a taxi to the train station. The space was as described, no surprises. Even at the end of July the temperature was comfortable in the apartment. As other reviewers have noted, there is a lively nightlife scene under and around the apartment. Though it is not overwhelming, we could definitely hear thumping music and voices until late. Nothing to be done here, just a fact of the location (which we otherwise loved). Thank you so much, Nina! We enjoyed our stay!
Pros: Proximity to Pompidou Centre and the Seine.
Stairs up from street to 1/f apartment door are gentle (although internal spiral staircase to upper three bedrooms are narrow for large luggage and the infirm).
Spacious kitchen area and large fridge.
Throbbing, lively gay street life and bars beneath.
Owner lives in building and is helpful and contactable.
Cons: One shower
The apartment was fantastic! We were met by Nina's husband who showed us around the beautiful apartment and met Nina later in the evening. Both Nina and her husband were incredibly helpful and available if any of us needed anything. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our group of four adults and two kids. The location is brilliant and it was so easy to get around Paris from there. It is on the same street as a couple of bars, but the double glazed windows really do their job and you can't really hear any of the late night revelry. The apartment has everything you need for an independent stay in Paris. Definitely recommend!!
The host canceled this reservation 250 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Our family of 2 adults and 3 children stayed for 5 nights at Nina's apartment. Overall we had a lovely stay and found the accommodation most comfortable. Nina was away during our stay however we were looked after by her husband and son who were happy to help with any requests. The location is fantastic and I would happily return here in the future.
A wonderful guest, gentle and benign from the first time we communicated until her last farewell message. The familly was punctual and communicative, without causing any problem or disturbing. Also, they left the appartment in perfect situation. It was great to have Nihaya and her familly as guests.
See you again!
Très bons locataires, une petite famille qui nous a laissé l'appartement propre et rangé.
