Mike made us feel welcome with a fresh fruit basket, and was there to meet us with the keys. The townhouse was quiet, clean, and easily accessible. It had everything that we needed for our stay. We felt like it was our home away from home!
Mike made me feel very welcome and the townhouse was extremely comfortable.
Beautifully remodeled and decorated townhouse and the two separate bedrooms and baths fit my son's and my needs for our stay. The location was close to downtown and airport which was helpful and made our trip to Chase Field easy.
The unit was well equipped and sparkling clean. The host's thoughtful fruit and snacks were appreciated as was the directions to the church for Easter service.
Phoenix is a large city, so if you are looking for a centrally located townhouse then this is your place. Mike is super friendly and his place is very clean. He provides pretty much all amenities necessary for a comfortable visit. We are already planning to come back here again next year.
Wasn't the greatest neighborhood, but not too bad. Fruit basket was very nice. Nice layout. Kitchen a little small. The only really negative item was the lack of TV channels available. We had to go to a sports bar to watch the NCAA playoffs. No golf channel either or ESPN. Great location to get to spring training games. Centrally located for that. Clean on arrival. Would love to go back if TV had more options. That was important to us.
We found the rental as advertised, clean and well supplied with kitchen needs. The location is good for downtown and surrounding neighborhood, which is what we wanted. Mike responded immediately when there was a small issue with the shrubs on the patio.
Loved our stay here. Cute house with everything you need and very clean. Light rail is 10 min max walk away. Happily stay here again. Thanks again Mike
The owner met us at the property, answered a few quick questions and went on his way. We did not have any trouble finding the property, and it turns out it is just a little way off a main road almost at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It was a great location for the variety of places we were there to visit. It has a 2 car covered parking area right outside the front door. It's not totally water proof - still got dripped on a couple of times when it rained - but it was great to have. For the price we paid, the square footage was great as I traveled with 3 teenage boys. They took over the living room (one slept on couch) and master bedroom (queen)/bath, and I enjoyed my own smaller bedroom (queen) and bathroom. The bedrooms were split by the bathrooms as well as the kitchen which gave me added privacy. I could also access the kitchen without invading "guy space." The wifi was very much needed and appreciated for this group of teens. This property also provided some additional bathroom and kitchen supplies (paper goods & soaps). Having a washer and dryer turned out to be wonderful to have - we did 1 load and there was some laundry soap there. While some elements of the town home were showing its age/wear and tear, this was a very satisfactory place for us to stay. It was pretty clean and we didn't see any bugs. I would not hesitate to recommend this as an option for anyone to look at if traveling to Phoenix.
Mike was very welcoming and accommodating. The condo was comfortable and clean and provided with dishes, towels, soaps, cooking necessities.
The townhouse was perfect! Pictures proved to be accurate. Mike greeted us...a great host. Welcomed with fresh fruit, chocolates and a bottle of wine chilling in the refrigerator:)
The neighborhood/location was not the best for us but we didn't spend that much time there anyway. Clean with plenty of fresh towels and linens. Our first experience with Airbnb and have already planned another for March. Thanks!
