I've lived a life of travel.
Born in Louisiana ... moved to Indonesia at the age of 3... then to Sugar Land, TX at the age of 8... Back to Indonesia at the age of 12 ... Back to Louisiana at the age of 14 ... Back to Texas at the age of 15 ... And finally I left TX for college in Santa Barbara, CA.
Why did I move around so much as a child? Because my dad works in the oil industry and he chose to work overseas whenever he got the opportunity.
I still enjoy traveling, but now I can actually choose where I want to go. Right now, I'm looking to move to Los Angeles.
I'm 20 years old, and I left college a year ago. Don't worry. That doesn't mean I'm a trouble-maker or unmotivated slob. In fact, I think I'm too ambitious for the college route. I want to be successful quickly.
So what do I do if I'm not a student? Fortunately, I was able to secure a marketing job in Los Angeles with a very successful weight-loss company, SENSA. I write their advertising. I work remotely via email and gotomeeting right now, but I would like to stay somewhere near El Segundo, CA so I can go to the office every weekday.
That about wraps up why I'm on airbnb, so I'll just leave you with my life motto: "This too, shall pass."
