I love science, statistics, robotics and all sort of nerdy things. I also enjoy cooking quite a bit: I'm very fond of molecular gastronomy in particular.
The apartment has a great location and we really enjoyed our stay at Arthur's. Arthur himself is a nice host, we got the keys right away when we arrived and we had no problems at all with him.
The place is huge, he keeps it clean and the bedroom we stayed at was really nice. As it says in the description, we could use washing machine, dryer and all the kitchen facilities. I think, all the rooms had air-conditioning - for those who like it cool (you can switch it off).
In front of the building is one of those shops, which are opened 24/7, so no problem either, if you get home late and need water or something to eat. Also, it's in walking distance to south street seaport, where you can find a wide range of restaurants and shops.
Thus, we definitly would recommend this apartment!
Perfect! Super accommodating, nice place, everything. Highly recommended.
Good connections to everywhere.
Fantastic location on easy subway connections. Lots of excellent dining options in the area. Very helpful & accommodating host. If you enjoy your privacy (as I do!) you will feel as though you have the apartment to yourself. Definitely recommend!
Just what I needed for my NYC weekend getaway. Was great to be able to go out, see some sights, come back, freshen up, repeat. I'd stay there again.
Arthur was a great host, and always responded and was there if I needed anything. The place was clean and comfortable.
Arthur was very hospitable and helpful. Thanks to him we had a wonderful time in NYC!
Walk two blocks at WTC and easy transit near by subway. Suggest no car at the place because it is hard parking area.
Very Kind and gentle guy. It's my first time to NYC. Although Arthur makes me feel at home. He gave me a lot of useful suggestion of traveling in this big city. We talked a little bit during the breakfast time. It was fun.
Also, the place was most convenient to anywhere to NY downtown. It was in the heart of Manhattan. Subway was just 3 minutes walk. Excellent for travel and short business trip.
Arthur, Very thanks for your hospitality. I surely will come to your place next time.
Arthur is a great guy, very private and respectful, his place is near a bunch of subway stations that can take you anywhere in the city in a matter of minutes.
Arthur and his guest were delightful people that made our first AirBnB
experience a breeze. He is welcome back anytime!
Arthur and his fiancee were thoughtful, quiet and respectful of us and our home. We'd have them back anytime!
Arthur and I met at a meetup, but have stayed friends despite neither of us attending that meetup any longer. Arthur's smart, funny, and very polite/respectful. He's a great chef and recently grew his own yogurt. He's an excellent dinner host, and I'm sure that extends to being an excellent short-term rental host as well.
The kind of guy you can trust.
Clever and friendly.
Arthur and I have been friends for the last three years. We were both interested in economics and politics and also worked in quantitative trading at Goldman Sachs. Although I've left New York for graduate school, I fondly remember visiting Arthur's place and digging into one of his delicious sous vide steaks.
I would certainly recommend Arthur to anyone looking for a place on AirBnB. He is conscientious, trustworthy, and an exciting and intellectual conversationalist. Overall, he is a professional, and I'm confident that arranging rooms with him on AirBnB in a businesslike way will be a breeze. Best of luck to those looking for places to stay!
