I returned after 2 years of WHV in Australia, and it's just hard not to admit that I had a unique experience. But I did get back here in Florence, and I must say that after all this time away from this beautiful city I eventually re-enamored of her places, her people, her spoken of her food and her curves. It's all wonderful, I felt like an Italian who has never been in Italy, and for the first time known then all those little things that make this land so magical and famous, and unfortunately most often more from touristm then from ourselves. I love this idea, now even more.
I travelled almost all of Europe during summers with good friends, and it's a bless to be just a few hours by plane from known destinations like Paris, Madrid, London, Berlin, Rome, they're all here so close in a unique richness in the world.
Obviously I have not despised the Whitsundays and the white beaches of Whiteheaven Beach, the mood relaxed and hipster of Bondi Beach and Bronte in Sydney, the infinite east coast of Australia, with its red colour and thick, strong nature, the culinary art of Melbourne in Victoria and Meredith Valley with its wonderful festival in March, Golden Plains, as the isolated beauty of the island and its people of Fiji and the blue ocean.
I guess we do live to create, and create a trip is a "must" in life. Peace out!
