Philip and Georgina were first class! Great apartment in decent part of town. Both were extremely helpful in making sure the stay went smoothly.

Extraordinarily clean, sleek, and private apartment with ALL the amenities. Washer/Dryer, a kitchen that is much nicer than mine at home, a nice big bathtub and shower, plenty of storage/closet space. I have to echo another comment - there is a real luxury in staying in an apartment that you can pretend is "just yours." No one else lives here, there is nothing else in the closet, nobody else's shampoo in the shower or dog hair on the floor. It's just impeccable.
The Weyhe's are lovely people, eager to assist but absolutely respectful of your privacy. They have an apartment on the same floor, on the river side of the building.
The view of NYC from the apartment was amazing. My child loved watching the traffic go in and out of the Lincoln Tunnel/Port Authority, and I loved looking at the Empire State Building. You can't capture how large it is in a photo, but the view of the skyline as a whole is just stunning. And I've never seen such a light-filled place in NYC, especially in the morning as the sun rises.
The place is QUIET. You can't hear traffic at all, and we didn't see or hear much of anyone on the apartment's floor or elevators.
Between this apartment and UBER to order black cars, this trip was extraordinarily smooth, restful, and easy. I never thought NYC with a kindergartner could be so awesome.
We've used AirBNB several times, and this is by far my favorite of many positive experiences.
We had a fantastic stay at this cosy place with a superb view over Manhattan. Everything was fine, from beginning to end: The apartment is very clean, modern and well situated. It has a European standard concerning the bed (broad enough) and toilet/bath. Port Authority and Times Square are within walking distance so you get around easily. Great place to stay in NYC so try to add few more days if you have the chance. We would love to come again soon.
We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting NYC. Philip and Georgina were very generous and helpful hosts and the apartment was the best we've ever stayed in. The view is magnificent and the location is perfect. This was an all round 10/10 experience.
My colleague and I just got back from a one week stay at Georgina and Philip's apartment on 42nd Street. We had the best time there. The apartment is everything the pictures shows and the view is amazing!! We actually brought take out to the apartment several nights cause we enjoyed it so much - (and was tired from exploring the city). The location is great and it is very easy to get around the city from there. Georgina is really nice and helpful with everything you may need. I can only recommend a stay at this beautiful apartment!
My wife, sister and I spent 4 days in New York at Phililip and Georgina's apartment. It was everything the photos showed it to be and more. Extremely thoughtful host, offering us instructions for local restaurants in the Hell's Kitchen area. The apartment itself was fantastic, very clean with loads of storage space and open floor plan. The view from the 45th floor was fantastic. Highly recommended.
THIS APT IS A DREAM!
We were there for 10 days and it was a wonderful part of our holiday, it was a bit more expensive than what we had planned but I'm so glad we decided to spend more and have this stunning place for us.
It is all brand new and luxury, PERFECTLY CLEAN.
the building itself is very cool.
Its 10-15 min walking to times square and this was life saving since we were there during hurricane Sandy and all public transport were off. We walked most of the time to the major attraction and there is also a big bus and metro station 300m away.
There is a nice green market selling fruits and veggies and everything you need to eat (200m far), it also has a self.service option which is very good.
Georgina is a very attentive host and she came to us many times to see how we were doing and help us with the "hurricane situation".
ps.The view is breath taking

My sister and I stayed ten days in Georginas and Philips apartment. We had a great time in New York and are very glad that we have decided to book their apartment. It lives up to its promise. It was clean, modern, equipped with everything you need (towels, kitchen equipment for basic cooking, etc.) and with a stunning view of Manhattan, including the Empire State Building, Brooklyn Bridge and lower Manhattan.
Georgina welcomed us with wine and popcorn and gave us all information we needed, like the nearest grocery store or tips for our sightseeing plans. She even filled the fridge with milk, cereals and orange juice for our first breakfast next morning. During our stay she was on holidays herself, but she kept touch with us via Airbnb. We had a laptop with us, which was very helpful. Thanks to the free w-lan we had the chance to plan our day-trips, book tickets, check the weather forecast, etc. in the evening.
The location of the apartment is perfect. It's only three blocks away from the next subway station in 42nd street and times square. There is also a bus station (line M42) next to the house, if you don't want to walk three blocks every time. We recommend to buy a 7 day Metro Card (29 Dollar), so you don't need to buy a ticket every day. We also went by train from the JFK airport to the apartment. It's very easy and a cheap solution. Go by Airtrain (5 Dollar) to Jamaica Station and then with the blue line (M) to 42nd street. Local and express trains are both fine.
We couldn't have asked for a better apartment. Thank you for your
Philip and Georgina were lovely guests. Truly delightful people in every aspect -- so upbeat and lively. I sincerely hope to meet them again.
Georgina is the mother of a good friend of mine, and as such, I've had the privilege of being a guest in her home multiple times. She is always delightful, kind, considerate, and her apartments are very, very cozy. I highly recommend her!
Georgina and I have known each other for 24 years now. She is my mom, and Philip is her awesome boyfriend. They have both been a part of my life for a long time now, and I can undoubtedly say that they are two of the most generous and welcoming people I know. They both love art and travel very much, and they are always looking to experience and learn about other cultures.
They have always made me and my friends feel welcome in their home. If you're looking for friendly hosts with a stunningly beautiful, well-designed apartment and an incredible view of the city, I can't recommend them enough.
I only have great things to say about Philip and Georgina. From their taste and style to their generosity, I have been friends with them and their family for years. They are a lovely, kind couple with a fantastic apartment in the heart of New York city.
