We are very sorry this happened to you. Unfortunately it was out of our hands the fact that you neglected to take the information that we provided you with right after you confirmed your reservation which contains all of the details of the apartment and reservation. It is our policy to provide our guests with this booking confirmation and it was sent to you on May 16th. The following day of your arrival, I immediately contacted you to give you the address and forwarded you the copy of the booking confirmation sent to you in advance. I sent it not once but 6 times to you and again. It is out of my hands if you were not able to access your email. There was never a mistake or lack of responsibility on our end. We are very sorry you had to go through this but it is absolutely not our MISTAKE and you know that.
We were very surprised when you sent us a new inquiry to stay in our apartment after your return from Cusco.
