Stayed at the apartment for a week along with my wife and daughter. Terrific location in the heart of everything we wanted to do - 10 minutes walk from MoMA, 5 minutes from Central Park, 2 minutes from Broadway, and 10 minutes from Rockefeller Plaza. Didn't meet Christine till the final day but she was in touch prior to us arriving and everything went without a hitch. The apartment was exactly as described and was able to access broadband / cable easily. Overall a great place to return too after a tiring day in the city.

We had a great stay! Convenient location and clean accommodations. Christine was flexible, responsive and unobtrusive. We highly recommend her apartment.
Great location and great host. Would definitely return. Apartment was good for four people, clean and comfortable.
Great place, great, awsome location !
Really close to times square and central park. A lot of transportation around as well as supermarket. Really convenient.
The place is clean, really calm and confortable. I stayed there with my parents for 3 nights, we were warmly welcomed by Christine, a really nice woman. She was always there when we needed her.
I slept on the convertible coach and my parents slept in the bedroom. The kitchen is clean and functionnal, as well as the bathroom even if it is a bit small...
I highly recommend this apartment and I would definitively go there again.
Clean and great location!! Christine was helpful with info. She wasn't in NY when we were there, but she made sure that we got in touch with her friends for keys. Our flight was delayed for hours, thankfully her friend was patient. Had a lovely time! Thanks!
This apartment was very small and in our opinion really should be advertised for 2 people not 4. The sofa makes out into a bed but because of the limited space in the living room, making the bed out leaves little room to get around and even place luggage. The location was ideal, very near midtown sites and subway transportation and the neighborhood felt very safe.. Although aged the apartment was very clean and Christine couldn't have been sweeter.
Christine is an extremely gracious host who made our stay in NYC a pleasure.
The location of the apartment provides relatively easy access to all attractions across the city and if you are prepared to use the subway it's a very easy city to get around. There is everything you need within a block or two including a 24 hr grocery store, The Soup Man that serves probably THE best soups you'll ever find on this planet and the best croissants at Cognac about one block across on 55th.
The apartment was very comfortable, the usual NY small but very consistent with what you'd expect to find in all large cities. We were able to brew a small coffee and make tea each morning, buy and store a few basic groceries and had all the amenities we needed.
A big thank you to Christine for providing us with so much information on restaurants, attractions and things to see and do in NYC.
