I love traveling and believe that others should have a wonderful visit to NYC. I'd like to provide travelers a great NYC apartment and amenities.
This was a good space, with plenty of room for two couples. The location is great, well within walking distance of the subway, Central Park, Broadway and Times Square, and all the restaurants in Hell's Kitchen. The area felt safe even late at night. It has a lovely view of the river, and a small balcony. Dawn was a friendly and helpful host, making an effort to smooth our stay at her place. Unfortunately, the internet was very sporadic and unsecured. As well, the counters , and shelves were all full so it was hard to find a place to store anything both in the kitchen, and the bathrooms. There were no drawers or shelves in the bedrooms so most things stayed in the suitcases, that went from the bed during the day to the floor at night.

Three of us stayed here for 6 days. It was a great location to be able to see the city from. Hells Kitchen just a few blocks away to find any type of food you are looking for. Subways and taxi's to connect you with any part of the city. Wonderful views from the apartment with great sunsets!
Clean and neat apartment accurately shown in the pictures.
The only shortcoming would be the construction site in front of the building that starts up around 8:30 am.
Dawn has a beautiful place. The subway is only a 3 block walk and you can literally walk to central park, time square and restaurants anywhere. The view alone is worth staying in this apartment. Absolutely breath taking. Would highly recommend staying here. We stayed here with a told of 4 people and the apartment can easily fit 5 or 6.
This apartment is very modern, on the 25th floor of a high-rise overlooking the Hudson River, and even has a balcony. It is quiet and private. You can close the metal blinds but they do let some light even at night. There are two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and two full bathrooms. The sofa in the living room is also good for sleeping. The unit is clean and simply furnished. The bedrooms have racks to hang your clothing. No drawers are available. Dawn made sure we had what we needed, although she forgot to tell us the Internet password had changed, so we weren't able to get online the night we arrived, and that was the only negative. The view is amazing!
The building is home to hundreds of people who work in the city. On weekday mornings, the elevators disgorge fast-moving crowds into the lobby. It's quite an experience. The building has rush-hour mini-bus service to and and from Columbus Circle where you can catch a subway. There are frequent cabs on the street. There are only a few places to eat or shop nearby, but in 10 minutes you can get to midtown or the Upper West Side. There is a little convenience shop in the building lobby.
There is valet parking in the building's underground garage at a very reasonable $26 for 24 hours.
A new highrise is under construction between the building and the river, so the view will be partially blocked when it is complete. The area has many blocks of huge, modern, apartment buildings, many under the Trump name.
I recommend you stay here for a unique Manhattan experience.
nice appartment, spectacular view, no problems whatsoever
This is a lovely apartment on the west end of NYC overlooking the Hudson and a beautiful skyline. It was well equipped and Dawn was great making sure we had everything we needed. Our purpose for going to NY was to visit our son who lived near this apt. He will soon be taking a job in Boston but wanted Dawn's contact info so he could rent the apt. whenever he returns to NY. The views from the window on two sides are amazing and so is the view from the roof top deck. I would recommend this apt. and Dawn Williams to anyone.
The apartment is lovely, and the view is unbelievable. The host is extremely professional and responded immediately and warmly to all of our questions. The only downside was that there was no drawer space for clothing (although there was closet space).
