We have always prided ourselves on the cleanliness at Bongwe and so to hear that we have fallen short on this is taken very seriously. We have already sent the staff into all the rooms for deep cleaning and will continue to be vigilant and assure you dustiness is not a normal occurrence at Bongwe.
The pool is a constant challenge in these times without electricity (it is actually the whole of Zambia struggling at the moment not just Lusaka) but never the less dusty chairs etc is not acceptable and again we thank you for the honestly as we can not improve without such feedback. September is the windy month and so the staff should be more attentive during this period.
The water situation is indeed partnered with the electricity problems and one we are trying to fix, but this is an ongoing issue for us and one which is a work in progress.
However as already mentioned, we have taken action on your points and hope you may pass by again in the future for us to show the improvements and will endeavor to not see these small yet very important over sights happen again.
