Probably some communication went wrong due to the fact that you booked the flat the day before your arrival. I am sorry for that.
I know Elena needed to get home on the day of your arrival before the public transport ended, so this is probably why she rushed you to come the flat. As I was not able to be there myself and Elena lives far away from the flat, this was the option possible.
For the two beds I thought it was clear that one is a sofa bed, another is a real bed. We had not understood that you were staying in two separate rooms and thus, had only prepared one bed. For the lack of curtains in one room I will make sure to communicate that in the future.
For the two set of keys, that is definitely a problem and I will look into having an extra made.
