I'm a 23 year old graduate student headed to DC on exchange for a semester at GWU. I'm keen to have fun and laugh and enjoy life. I love music and play guitar. I work for a publishing company and my job is reading books, so if I'm working at home, you know I'm not going to get in your way and 'll be pretty quiet. I will be working part time the entire time I'm in DC, so money won't be an issue.
I'm also into sports (play basketball and skate, dabble in some others), TV (not a huge reality show fan but everything else is good) and movies (it's pretty tough to nail a favourite movie, but it's either White Men Can't Jump, Stand by Me, Pulp Fiction or the Lion King. It's iffy writing True Romance as your favourite movie on an online profile because it sounds totally different to what it really is. If you haven't seen it, it has guns and blood and all kinds of stuff). I like to go out, hit bars etc. Perhaps a video game here and there. Love to travel, been to quite a few spots around the world (particularly like Barcelona, Paris and California).
I'm pretty laid back and I know how to do the dishes and stuff. I like to cook, generally pretty healthy, but I'm looking forward to trying some Five Guys. I'm trustworthy and nice and I think I'm funny. I'm about as easygoing as it gets. I'm not a clean freak, but I keep common areas on lock and my stuff reasonably well tidy.
As far as I'm concerned, I'm a pretty ideal guest. I'm respectful and don't have much trouble making friends; I can party and I can dial it down; I sleep heavily and am quiet when others are sleeping; I'm adventurous and active, but I can hold it down on a couch, too. I've traveled a lot and I can adapt to most situations with ease.
