I own a small real estate investment company here in Los Angeles. I love my condo and figured this would be a good thing to do while I am gone as I travel a lot.
"+" : location, price, parking, clean place
"-" : cold, really hot shower, no kitchen, no microwave
4 of 5. Because service was better than apartment. I came at 1:00am and got keys for move in, and later extend it without any problems.
Could not have asked for a better host, location and pricing.
The place is really nice,, unfortunately it does not have a kitchen.
The apartment was easy and convenient and exactly as described. Thanks, Justin.
Justin was a great host. Everything about apartment was as described and I can underline mthe positive things the other guests said so far. Actually I found the parking spot also big enough even for a bigger car. I stayed for more than two weeks. Location in WeHo is fantastic. You have everything around the corner also for daily errands. One day the internet did not work but Justin fixed it immediately after being informed.
A solid choice. I'd stayed here before and didn't realize there was no longer access to the kitchen, which was a bummer; there is a mini-fridge which is useful, but it is brightly lit which can be annoying at night. Clean sheets and towels were there, but the previous guests' towels were also left. The neighborhood is lovely and residential, great to walk around.
Arriving and checking into the place was pretty easy. The first day was rough. There was no hot water at all. Justin did a good job calling a plumber, but it was too late for them to fix it that night. So I spent the night with no hot water. I spent most of the 2nd day with no hot water and no gas as they tried to fix the hot water. The first two days were not fun at all. Justin said he would provide a refund for the first night, which I have yet to see.
Once the hot water and heat were fixed, the place was great for my needs. There were no additional problems, easily maintained and perfect for someone traveling alone.
Great little place with a perfect location right off SM Blvd and the 405. Couldn't have been easier. Thanks Justin!
The apartment was quant and comfortable, albeit a little dated. It suited me fine, I was alone, and I felt comfortable coming and going. Justin wasn't hard to reach, if he didn't answer his phone, he called back within 15-20 minutes or so. The bed was comfortable, and had clean sheets, as well as a few clean towels that were left for me. If you need more than three you should mention that. Parking was a great feature, but down a narrow drive, if you have a larger car you should ask before you rent. I never saw the other tenants, but I did hear them. It wasn't a problem, but I was aware that they could hear me too. The only real downside to this place was that I paid a $50 cleaning few, and the floors were very dirty. Whoever cleans for Justin needs to work a little harder. Kitchen, and bathroom were fairly clean, enough not to be grossed out.
I'd recommend this place to any couple, or two friends looking for a quiet place right in the heart of West Hollywood.
Great, clean, and awesome location for a studio.
