I apologize for the issue with the Internet and I kindly offer we will cover the cost of getting it fixed right away by your friend as you proposed. We have tried to pay your "friend", for re-starting the Internet router, with Credit Card or Paypal, but surprisingly enough your Internet expert friend can't accept any payment over Internet. He insist in cash or check only which is not practical because we don't use checks any more and he has not provided any other alternative. Therefore we will send a Paypal payment to you and we hope you can issue a check or give the cash to your friend.
Related with things inside the closet, please keep in mind that this is a home and we were accepting you as a guess in my home. This is not a Hotel and you were not expected to get into the personal items in the closets. I was hoping you will understand the difference and respect my home.
Now you are mentioning that you didn't found "basic stuff", not sure what you mean by basic stuff, any way you didn't mention that before at all. Once again sorry for the Internet inconvenience.
You said that you are frequent Airbnb user but you actually don't have any positive review; only mine and I think I was too generous considering you a good guess. Actually I would hesitate to recommend you to any other hosts.
