I'm a dancer and yogi who likes to take advantage of all of New York City's outdoor spaces, art offerings and dining!
The apt is in a beautiful neighborhood!subways are just a few steps away from the front door! The view is very nice!
The people in the building are quiet and friendly!
I had a few inconvenient when I first got Into the apt but nothing that Anna didn't help to fix quickly! I didn't find the apartment as clean as I expected!i found lots of her stuff in the closet and in the oven there were dirty pots! But After I bought a vacuum and my mum spent a couple of hours cleaning, everything went much better! I was told I was a demanding tenants so if you are not as much demanding as I am about cleaning you will definitely love it because apart this inconvenient the place is really nice!!
Spent a month in Anna's place and will remember my time there fondly. Terrific location -- yes, very close to a ton of great subway lines, but also incredibly well located within Park Slope (almost right on top of 7th Ave) and Brooklyn in general. Was able to explore many Brooklyn neighborhoods on foot while based at Anna's place, which was a pleasure.
The place is small for a group of 3, but we were generally pretty comfortable, and hey, it's New York, we were all out of the apartment more often than not.
Anna was also helpful and responsive and accomodating. Would certainly stay here again!
I enjoyed my stay at Anna's apartment. Also, I appreciated that Anna was always prompt with answers to my calls and questions. The apartment is as it is shown in the pictures and is full of light due to corner windows. The bed is quite comfortable. It is in a perfect location for enjoying Park Slope, Prospect Park and Brooklyn's cultural amenities, and it is very close to many subways - an easy hop into Manhattan. I would rent it again. The writeup does not mention that it is on the 4th floor.
Anna's place was great, clean, great location and she was great to work with, my Mom was very happy! would def. recommend Anna.
Anna is a great host and her (clean) apartment is well located because very close to subway lines, Prospect Park and nice neighbourhood. We would come back anytime.
Anna's bright, roomy one bedroom not only has great views, it's totally convenient to shops and restaurants, beautiful Prospect Park, and major subway lines to Manhattan (B,Q, 2, 3). Getting around from there is easy as pie.
I really loved staying in Anna's apartment! It was spacious (by New York standards) and full of light. The bed was comfy, the water pressure was great, it had nice views, and the location was absolutely AMAZING. It was close to multiple subways, walking distance to Prospect Park and the farmers market on Saturdays as well as the Brooklyn Museum and Botanic Gardens. There were more restaurants than I had time to try. If you are vegetarian or vegan you have multiple options to choose from too. If you want to fix your own meals there are a number of grocery stores as well. Be aware that there is no microwave in the apartment, so no quick reheating of any leftovers.
I stayed there by myself, but I think it could work for 2. The bathroom is tiny (totally normal for NY) so definitely only 1 person at a time can get ready in there.
My only warning is that there are a lot of stairs. Normal comings and goings weren't so bad, but it can be a challenge with luggage.
Anna was very pleasant to deal with and gave me all the info I needed. She was very flexible and accommodating to my travel schedule. She left me some take out menus and even a card for a free yoga class.
I would definitely recommend Anna and her apartment. I would love to stay here again!
It s was a good pleasure to stay in Anna place,
the location is just wonderful near 2 metros, and the big and beautiful Prospect Park.
I will certainly come back the one day!
The reservation was canceled 25 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Anna's place was great! Classic brooklyn brownstone on a picturesque and quiet street just a few blocks away from great food and drink. Multiple train lines are just 1-2 blocks away if you want to zip into Manhattan too. It made for a perfect week long visit with old friends and family.
Anna and her boyfriend r at our cabana for a week and we enjoyed having them as guests. Easygoing, entertaining and I have no problems recommending them.
Anna and I met up in New York City during my travel trough the USA.
Anna's apartment is a perfect place to stay. The view is beautiful -you can see Manhattan from out of her window-, and the apartment is big enough for 2 or 4 persons. It's light and peaceful. Her kitchen has everything you need, you can save money and cook at home. The bathroom is very clean. The subway entrance is only a two minute walk. This apartment is perfect when you want to walk around in the big busy city during the day, but if you want to sleep in a quiet and peaceful enviroment at night (Brooklyn, Park Slope)
