We live in Denver, Colorado. We're retired and enjoy traveling. I was stationed near Banbury for 3 years (phone number hidden) and want my wife to see the England I fell in love with.
Ok I don't like writing negative reviews, I tried to deal with this offline with James but it seems this is the only way. Unfortunately James didn't read the full property profile or listen to our house rules when checking in. He then left a review complaining about the things he had missed due to this lack of attention on his part and unfortunately for me as a host some of the complaints were unfounded and untrue. As host we can only do our best and hope guests read the info on what they are booking. What I am going to say next is for the benefit of James and the AirBnB community at large. After communicating with James over our issues I really don't feel he understands the 'human' concept of AirBnB. I have been a superhost for over 2 years with 2 busy London properties and over 80 good reviews and I have only ever said this once before and I have to say it now again. I think James would be better suited to a high street hotel where he can get all his needs met not here on AirBnB where hosts have the freedom to pick and choose the services they provide.
Response from James:
Wow, I did what you asked and rewrote the review and now you trash me? Looks like I hit the nail on the head with my review. After all, we did leave the place better than we found it.
