The Cottage is cute and in a nice quiet location. I was visiting the Cape to work there and didn't get to visit the area to much - but enjoyed the quietness around. Brenda was easy to communicate with beforehand and left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us which was nice. We had a few requests the first morning and even though she was out of town she took care of things and her mom came to drop of a hair dryer. I loved the fresh flowers in the cottage, too. The one thing I wish I would have known is that there is no key for the place. I had all my camera gear with me and didn't feel to comfortable leaving it there unattended. The late check out was great for us as well.
Brenda's garden cottage was great! My husband and I were coming down to the cape area for a wedding over the weekend and decided to stay at Brenda's cozy garden studio cottage for the couple of extra days before. The cottage was very clean, and our hostess was very accommodating to our late arrival, she left the cottage unlocked for us, and to our surprise, a lovely pumpkin bread with fresh milk and local fruit! We had a very nice stay, and Brenda was very friendly and easy to communicate with, unfortunately we never got to meet in person, we were running around sight-seeing, but I would definitely recommend this airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing stay, be careful of the bed though, it was so comfortable you may never want to leave ;)
We had a great time on the Cape at Brenda's little cottage in the Sandwich's forest! Brenda was great and even if we were really last minute with our request she managed to organize all! We will definitely come back here for our next visit on the Cape but first Brenda we wait for you in Italy ;)
This was a beautiful, peaceful trip! Brenda was an amazing host and even baked us some blueberry bread, along with leaving other goodies! The space was clean and quaint. There were also helpful pamphlets at the cottage which eased our exploring.
I highly recommend East Sandwich beach - super clean and not overcrowded. The glass blowing museum is pretty cool, but don't miss the full demonstration! Right by is a great street for antiquing and eats!
Would highly recommend a visit to Brenda's cottage!!
We had a lovely Fourth of July weekend at Brenda's cottage! She is so warm and welcoming from the first email she sent us after the booking. There were beers and treats when we arrived, and baked goods for breakfast. Watching fireflies, hanging out with two adorable cats, and chatting with our gracious host on her beautiful property was absolutely a treat. We can't wait to return!
Brenda's cottage was perfect for our snowed-in Valentine's Day weekend. She was a very attentive and friendly host, even leaving fresh baked breakfast and a bottle of wine for us. The room was just as described, cozy, clean and sweet!
Brenda was a fantastic host. She was more than happy to give recommendations for our trip and was very approachable when it came to our needs/requests The apartment itself was clean and spacious. The bed was exactly as described and perfect after a long day of exploring. The property was idyllic and peaceful.
Great stay in a lovely cottage on the Cape. Brenda was easy to communicate with, and even left us a home-baked cake and milk in the cottage. A lovely, tranquil location, very clean, and overall a great choice on the Cape.
Everything was clean, comfy and cozy for our stay. We were treated with a yummy banana bread for breakfast!
We loved staying at this peaceful and charming house that is an excellent gateway to Cape Cod. Brenda's daughters toook great care of us while Brenda was away and we had a lot of fun discovering this pretty and relaxed area.
Even though it is a basement, the room is large and comfortable and the sheets on the bed are just divine!
Brenda was a wonderful guest; sharing fascinating stories about her travel and adventures throughout the world, and her recent explorations in Pioneer Valley. She is welcome back anytime.
Brenda is an excellent, courteous, helpful, and respectful guest. I so enjoyed chatting with her and she is welcome back anytime.
Brenda was a delight to have as a guest. She was in town visiting her daughter for Parents Weekend at UMass. She was totally considerate, friendly and nice to have around. We also enjoyed sharing AirBnB hosting stories with each other. We're both fans of this site.
Brenda's home is comfortable, quiet and an ideal location to enjoy the back roads of Cape Cod. Brenda knows the Cape well and recommends quaint restaurants and beaches off the tourist path. You will enjoy the stay and making a new friend.
Brenda is an amazing host--warm, interesting, and helpful. She knows the Cape well, and her house and gardens are quiet and idyllic. Bluebirds and hummingbirds, walking trails out back. Only minutes from the beach and stores, but feels further--it's so quiet and peaceful.
