I used to rent a spare bedroom room to airbnb travellers with an old housemate, but have moved on and now just use this for travelling. European city breaks are my weakness.

Great place in a calm area of Dublin (20 minutes walk away from the very center or 10 minutes by bus), the house is just as great as it looks on pictures.
Tom was there to welcome us when we arrived and took the time to recommend us places, restaurants and pub that we could never have found without his help.
Tom & Sarah were very welcoming and helpful :)

Sarah and Tom were great hosts! The house is a really neat space and not too far from the center of Dublin.
Tom and Sarah offer a great place to stay in interesting close to the city part of Dublin. It's a cosy restored townhouse in which you are made to feel at home the moment you walk in the door. We arrived after midnight because we'd had to catch a late ferry from Holyhead but Tom waited up for us - so kind! Their place has a great kitchen with everything you need to cook, there's an excellent stereo system we could plug our iPod into, and a warm sunny living area. Many thanks, we really enjoyed our stay with you, Shonagh and Roger
Sarah & Tom were super friendly and accommodating.
Their place was really cool and in a pretty convenient spot (only a fifteen-or-so minute walk to the Liffey). And their kitchen was as cool as the images make it look.
Shortly after checking us in they left for a trip of their own so we didn't get to hang too much, though the time we did spend together was nice.
My husband Leejay and I had a blast staying at Tom & Sarah's place in Phibsboro. Their house was in a great location. Just a quick taxi ride into the City. They were great hosts. They were very responsive prior to arrival and were so easy to communicate with before we arrived in Ireland as well as while we were there. As soon as we walked into their home, we were greeted with a smiling face. Sarah gave us a mini tour around the house and a list of Dublin tips were emailed to me to guide us throughout our trip. She gave us taxi coupons and their place was equipped with wi-fi that worked perfectly. Although we come from The Bay Area of Northern California, we felt at home. The room it self wasnt huge, but was everything we needed. A cozy bed, a closet, and a shared bathroom. Our last night their we enjoyed Tom & Sarah's company, sharing laughs and sillyness! Staying with them will live on as one of the most memorable stays. They are awesome human beings. I'd recommend anyone to stay with them. Moreover, We are so happy to have made it to their top 3 guests!! :)
Thanks for everything Sarah & Tom!
See you in San Francisco! Haha

great house, 20 mins walk to town, fabulous Host. gold stars .
Sarah is brilliant, great host, and her place is fantastic (I've stayed there a few times when flopping my way towards Dublin).
Sarah will surely be the greatest host you could hope for in Dublin, if you are looking for the best activities in town there is no better person than Sarah to give you advises as she works for the most popular event site in Dublin.
Sarah is American living in Dublin for 6 or 7 years if I remember right - the house is really nice and located in a quiet area of North Dublin city with easy access to most landmarks the city has to offer.
