Beautiful, spacious home. My group ended up hosting a dinner here following a wedding rehearsal and comfortably fit >20 people. Lots of seating and a great TV. Kitchen came fully stocked with nice cookware/knives/cups/plates/etc. Not sure if the home had WiFi, but it would have been nice to know the password when we arrived. The only blemish in the house was in the master bathroom - the walls appeared to be scratched and lightly damaged. Other than that, great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Thanks Ana!
When I showed up, there was a notice from the police that was addressed to no one in particular but said if I entered the property I would be trespassing and guilty of a crime and so forth. I stayed the duration of the visit and told the host, who told me she would contact the police. Never heard anything about it. Nothing bad came of it, but it was a little troubling. Also there were obvious cobwebs going from the ceiling to the kitchen island, missing light bulbs (one room with no working lights), missing switch plates, no shower curtain, scratched up walls, and other general disrepair and unpreparedness. All that being said the place has high end counters, appliances, and tile. Has cable TV. Master bed super comfy. Some day this may be a very nice rental.

Nice and comfortable place. Ana was an excellent host an responded swiftly to any questions we had. The house is located in the beautiful Presidio. Excellent location for outdoor sports and very close to the Golden Gate Bridge. Super location if you like to bike, run or walk.
Distance to downtown is quite far (45 minutes by bike, 15-20 minutes by car / cab) and trying to get a cab in the Presidio can be very difficult (from city to Presidio no problem).
We came to San Francisco for the America's Cup World Series and needed a place to stay. We found Ana's house and just loved it! It is so clean and well taken care of. She has everything that you need! The location is wonderful. We have two young girls and we could go out walking and riding scooters and didn't have to worry about lots of cars and traffic. What a great time!
Anna's place is awesome! Its only minutes walk to the golden gate bridge and its in a very quiet, green and peaceful area of SFO. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy their stay in a San Francisco.
Anna was very helpful also, she answered all our questions and was quick to address any issues.
Property is a historic home in The Presidio that was comfortable and clean.
Ana was a friendly and responsive host. I appreciated that she quickly replied to any questions we had.
Other things I especially liked:
* The home is located within The Presidio, making it a unique stay.
* Walking in the area, there are magnificent views of Golden Gate Bridge.
* Convenience of full kitchen. We cooked breakfasts during our stay, which was nice.
* WiFi in the house available for our use.
* Show had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Even with 5 people during our stay, there was plenty of hot water in the shower.
Thumbs up! I recommend this property and the host.
Ana was great! We needed to find a place within a very tight timeframe and Ana responded to my inquiry right away. She was also able to have everything ready for our arrival within record time. Ana's home is lovely - clean and well furnished. We were familiar with San Francisco and love the Presidio, the area where Ana's home is located. If you are visiting from out of town, I would recommend getting a car (we had one) to make getting around easier.
Nice house, very well located, 5 minutes walk from the Golden Gate bridge, a lot of bicycle trails, a quiet and safe neighborhood.
The house was small (only one bathroom) but with a lot of charm - it was probably used in the past for Presidio military personnel - so a kind of simple & efficient style : wood floor and doors.
The area of Presidio is certainly not the most sunny area of SF (nor it is the most foggy), so it was a refreshing summer ;-)
Ana is a very friendly hostess, and very helpful.
