This is one of the best places i stated in tuscany! The views are soberb, increaduble! The host is very nice, the breakfest is very good in a charming living room and the room is realy nice with a small kitchen that you can do everything! I will come back!
Thank you for tge hospitality!
What can I say? I was only there for 2 days but could have spent my whole vacation there. The location is difficult to find (at midnight) but was on the phone with Angela many times and she met us at the gas station and we followed her to the location. We arrived late at night and didn't see the view until the morning. It is beyond what you see in the pictures. So beautiful, peaceful, remarkable. We had the 3 room apt which was very nice, spacious, clean (immaculate), superbly furnished. The breakfast was lovely in the main dining area with croissant, a tart baked by Angela herself from an old family recipe that is delicious, coffee, cereal, yogurt. The farm house has been beautifully restored on a centuries old landscape. One of my friends who lives on Maui said that the location was the most beautiful place she had ever seen. I only hope to return someday for a longer stay and bask in the beauty of the landscape and setting. Thank You so much Angela. This was the highlight of our 2 week European trip.
We stayed here and really enjoyed the beauty of the region and this place was "quite" special and spectacular!! The host and hostess were gracious and a pleasure to meet.
The apartment that we spent only one night was very good with own kitchen, little fridge, one tv, a lot of spaces, two private bathrooms (with hot water and hair dryer), and a good bed. The breakfast was good, but basic. The WiFi signal was very weak in our room - only in one small part of the room we could access the Internet, but not to watch small movies.
The view from this place is really amazing! The hills and the rock on the top are breathtaking.
It was hard to find the place even with the coordination in gps. We really thought that we were lost. We needed a help from an Italian man who lives in that area. Even with his help and day light, we were afraid because of the road. The hotel's signs are small and rare and we never ended to climbing the road to arrive there.
The place should have a kind of restaurant or little market to sell basic products and make the guest's life a little bit easier. We arrived there at the end of the day (about 17 hr), but we were so scary because the road that we didn't want to go out to have a dinner. If we didn't buy food before, we were in trouble.
Angela was very nice with us and gave a lot of tips about Toscana. She recommended a place to have dinner close to the agriturismo and also offered to go with us to the restaurant - she would drive in front of us to follow her, but we preferred to stay quiet in our room and enjoyed the view.
This is a beautiful property in a magical setting. Accommodations are very tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Angela, the hostess and other staff were friendly, helpful and eager to accommodate our needs. We found the location to be fairly challenging to find and not as easily accessible to the area's major roadways as we would have preferred, but it offers privacy and quiet serenity in a gorgeous setting!
Our stay was absolutely amazing in so many ways. The property has such a sense of peace and beauty. Our apartment was so roomy and beautifully designed and decorated. From the stone walls, to the arched doorways; one leading to a beautiful patio overlooking the vineyard and the other out to the cute front entrance. The water was hot and strong, the A/C was quiet and cold and the kitchen very well stocked with cooking supplies. The breakfast was so wonderful and in a room that only a picture cold convey the beauty of. We felt like royalty with the big table beautifully set and the fantastic coffee, eggs, bread, cake and homemade jams. There was cereal and juice too......but the figs from the garden were a special highlight each day. They couldn't be any fresher or more delicious. Angela would appear always with a big smile and so much enthusiasm and her sincerity in wanting us to be happy and enjoy our Tuscan stay was so apparent. She was sweet enough to go even beyond suggesting itineraries for us, but she even hand wrote them with directions. This property is very private, off a long dirt road after passing the wonderful of Castiglione D,Orcia. We loved that little town too. My husband did not want to get a GPS and I did. I let him have his way but must say that it may have helped a few times. This property is near so many cities and sites of interest. For example, Pienza, Sienna, Bagno Vignoni, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Sant" Antimo Abbey, and vineyards and beautiful roads are everywhere. Also, our trip to Bagni Di San Filippo was close by and amazing too. And San Quirico. The list is long. Angela and her family made us part of their family for the time we were there. They were sweet, sincere, kind and so welcoming. We even strolled the grounds with her incredible Dad.
Our stay there, and this part of Italy was one of the highlights of our trip. We intend to come back again, and bring more family with us. We will always remember our stay here and every time we think of this apartment and property, the feeling of beauty and serenity returns. We highly recommend staying here for it is a special place.
Myself and my partner spent 3 nights in the pienza apartment and had a wonderful time. The photos on air b&b really don't do the property justice as the apartments and views are spectacular! The pienza apartment is impeccably detailed and offers privacy and comfort in a stunning setting.
Angela, Olimpia's sister, manages the property and is engaging and friendly and happy to provide recommendations on places to visit and eat.
The surrounding hill top villages provide fantastic day trips.
I definitely recommend staying at the agriturisimo val d'orcia!!
If you want to relax and enjoy a true setback in time, this the place. Wonderful breakfast, beautiful views, spacious rooms and a lovely and very helpful host. All the tips were accurate and Angela made our experience very special.
Ouff!!

This space is even more beautiful in real life!
Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Great location.
The full kitchen was great.
Even a crib was provided for our little one.
