Absolutely fantastic AirBnB - one of the best we've stayed in. Bill and Mitzy are relaxed, gracious and cool hosts. The bedroom is huge, warm and gas the comfiest bed ever. Lovely touches such as coffee, guidebooks, chocolates. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in a fantastic location - close to all the main attractions of Williamsburg. We'll def stay here next time we're in town!
Great spot if your into bars, restaurants and train and getting a ferry into Manhattan, hosts a really great, will stay again!
We had a wonderful time at Bill's apartment. They were so nice with me and my mother. The location is perfect and Williamsburg is the best neighborhood in New York. I could live there for all my life. I'll stay again with Bill next year. Their room is HUGE with many facilites inside. They really know how to make you feel at home. Thanks for everything. See you soon.
This is my second time stopping at Bill's place, and once again I cannot fault any aspect of it. It's Big with a capital B. I live in a warehouse in London so it's almost a home from home. The bathroom is always spotless and whilst it is shared, this is never a problem.
Bill managed to fit me in but as they were travelling early on my check out day, they asked me to do the same, which I planned for so it wasn't a problem. Both Bill and the lovely Mitzi was very accommodating in assisting me with my sorting a taxi for me as well as making me a lovely coffee. Basically I would always have this lovely AirB&B as my first option when going to NYC. Cheers Bill & Mitzi!
Bill and his wife were perfect hosts; they have thought of everything you might need (umbrellas, tea, towels, hairdryer, maps). The space itself is a beautiful loft withs lots of space, quiet, sparkling clean, and very light. I was there for work and found it a great writing space. Location is unbeatable, blue bottle coffee around the corner, live music grill and biergarten in the corner as well, and a short 3 blocks from bedford subway station. And a friendly, lovely cat!
This is an excellent place to stay! Bill & Mitzi are very heartwarming and generous hosts that make your stay worthwhile in an area that boasts with culture. As the area is in the middle of it's uprising, this place seems to be near everything interesting — The vibrant Bedford ave, good and cheap eats, a cool skyline–view ferry connection to Dumbo and Manhattan, Smorgasburg locations and other cool stuff. Manhattan is also easily (and surprisingly fast) reached with the L line just around the corner.
And as for the room itself: it's insanely spacious, quiet, clean (the shared bathroom aswell!), with all the necessities — all with a nice aesthetic touch.
We loved it!

This was my first time using Airbnb, and it was an amazing experience!
Bill and Mitzi were wonderful hosts. From the beginning, I received prompt and helpful replies to my inquiries. In addition, they were graciously able to accommodate our early arrival and late departure times, along with suggestions of how to easily get to Brooklyn from Newark.
Once my friend and I arrived, we were greeted warmly at the door and given a tour of the space (and also got to meet their cute cats!). The loft is exactly as shown in the pictures and more beautiful when you see it in person. It's large, clean, spacious and has all the amenities you would need for your stay, including towels, hot and cold water, a fridge, tea and coffee, hairdryer etc. The futon couch also folds out into a second bed. The washroom was spotless and clean, and little baskets are provided for toiletries, which is really convenient!
The loft location was amazing as well - right in the heart of North Williamsburg, within walking distance to shops, bars and many delicious restaurants in the neighbourhood. We easily spent a whole day exploring Williamsburg and nearby Greenpoint. If you need to get to Manhattan, it's a quick ride on the L train to get into the city.
Bill and Mitzi were so helpful when we had questions and made many suggestions of good places to eat, things to do and ways to access the different areas of New York. Their suggestion to take the East River Ferry to the South Street Seaport was priceless for the views we were able to experience!
All in all, this was an unforgettable experience and I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in NYC! Thank you both for everything!
Staying here was my first Airbnb experience and it was just great. The location in Williamsburg is awesome, so was the loft - clean, bright and super authentic. Bill and Mitzi are great hosts, very welcoming, kind and helpful in every aspect. Just get in touch with them and you'll have some cool insights into Williamsburg's daily life - from bars to restaurants to hotspots, you name it.
If you are into staying in Brooklyn, this has got it all. Manhattan is just minutes away, yet you are living in an area with a much smaller scale but a perfect view from the waterfront. Coming home late from the Big Apple's buzz to find Williamsburg still relaxed just makes your day!
This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay. Bill and his wife are friendly and efficient hosts. The loft space is large, airy and bright and the location cannot be beat - the trendiest street in Williamsburg! The bathroom is shared but everything is perfectly organized and spotless and allows for enough privacy. We look forward to staying again in the future!
Bill and his wife were very helpful for Max and me during our first stay in NY.
Their lovely Loft and the atmosphere in the surroundind in Williamsburg were the ideal startingpoint to discover the Big Apple.
This space is located in the center of Williamsburg with access to terrific restaurants, nightlife and the local Art scene. The room is huge, bright and captures all that is cool about loft-living in brooklyn. If you are looking for a taste of what this neighborhood has to offer, this is a terrific place to stay. Its within walking distance to the subway, food, bars & nightlife as well as great shops. Also you can easily get to the city via the L train a couple blocks away. Last but not least, you are a short walk away from the river with a lovely green park and stunning view of NYC. Why stay in a crazy expensive hotel with generic furnishings when you can live like a local.
