Excellent apartment close to major train and bus stops! Listing is as described and check-in and check-out was a breeze. Definitely recommend this place.
The apartment looks exactly as it does on the listing. Location was fantastic, walking distance to Union Square and easy access to public transport like the Street car and buses to get around town! Eric's place was comfortable and was a great base to explore the wonderful city of San Francisco.
Listing description was spot on. A neighbor met me as soon as I arrived to let me in and provide some information. It was comfortable and very secure. I would stay again.
I had an awesome stay in Eric's apartment. It is exactly as described and I have been vary well received. Eric answered all my questions right away when I asked them during the week.
The place is really central. It is easy do go anywhere.
Thanks a lot Eric, and I hope to be back really soon.
Tosh met us as soon as the place was available and showed us in. We didn't see him again in our short visit, but were assured he was just a text away. Place was spotless and we'll kept. If you need a cozy, centrally located place look no further.
Super nice, modern apartment, mins from BART. The apartment is clean, well kept and well prepared for guests. Eric is super easy to communicate with. This is a great building in an up and coming neighborhood. I highly recommend Cafe Elmira (across the street) for breakfast. Be careful walking through the adjacent neighborhood (Tenderloin). Also there's a CVS on Market St. which comes in handy if you forgot to pack anything.
The place was great. We came in for a conference at the moscone so it was very convenient.
Eric's apartment location was fantastic! We were able to take public transportation evrrywhere and the apartment was perfect.
I rented this place because I was looking for something within walking distance to my company's offices near Union Sq, but at a reasonable cost relative to what hotels charge. The ad on AirBnB (description, photos, etc) was accurate. It's a studio with a murphy bed. The building has a gym that you can use. The host was very accommodating of my "check-in" time... I couldn't get there until early evening. I was met promptly at the door and shown the the apartment. It was very clean and neat. The only drawback is its location. Walking from Union Square means passing through some pretty sketchy spots that I didn't feel perfectly safe walking through. As for the block that this apartment is on, it was pretty noisy late into most nights of my stay, with numerous people loitering in the streets and talking pretty loudly and the regular recurrence of sirens. If those sorts of issues don't bother you, then this might not be a bad place for the money. But if you're a light sleeper, I'd pick a quieter part of town.
Apartment and building were nice and clean. Good location for public transit and good price.
Grreat guests that took good care of my apt!!!!
Eric was a model guest, a pleasure to host. He is welcome back any time, and highlight recommended.
