Well, it's unfortunate when people cannot take constructive criticism and constantly come up with new excuses why they do not deliver. One second it is an exam and the next it is sick relatives in hospital. I'm not sure how many excuses we heard during our two day stay at this badly maintained apartment, but if you accept money for a service you cannot deliver and do not properly communicate with your guests as a host you are bound to receive criticism. Our stay in your apartment Pitu, was a disappointment and a NIGHTMARE. Bad communication, constant let downs, lies and drama where it should have been a very simple process. Your services did not live up to quite basic expectations such as communication and cleanliness. When you provide a professional apartment rental service, you need to be available to check-in/check-out guests and you cannot expect them to wait 4 hours to be checked in, especially late at night. I also think that charging guests unexpected cleaning fees is very unethical. I think you need to reflect on what went wrong with this rental Pitu and provide the basic services which your apartment rental requires.
