A former corporate adviser and venture capital professional, I am currently Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Hot Shot Media Group, a technology developer with offices in San Francisco, Singapore and Sydney, and the primary joint venture partner of Mooter Media Limited, an ASX and OTCQX listed public company.
Prior to my involvement with Hot Shot Media, leading their global efforts to develop the novel ImageSocial online platform and create the world’s largest and most lucrative photo contest, I worked for a number of years with an ASX-listed boutique broking firm - initially as a Research Analyst, subsequently acting in such positions as Compliance Manager, Head of Research and later as the firm’s Senior Corporate Adviser, specializing primarily in corporate finance, venture structuring, M&A and other advisory services for companies in the technology and related industries.
