My boyfriend and I stayed with Brian for a night in order to catch a couple of Broadway shows on my days off. Brian was more than accommodating with or flexible check in and check out times, and we are so grateful to him for that! So much better than a hotel. Brian's place was comfortable and clean and beautifully decorated. I definitely recommend staying with him!
Brian was a perfect host. He us very accessible and the apartment was clean and close to everything.!
Super cool guy!
Brian is fantastic. He lives in the heart of the theatre district and 5 minutes from the Times Square. The place is neat, clean very classy and welcoming.
The room was great and despite me being 6'2 I was pretty comfortable in the bed. the room has an AC which is very nice if you're there in the summer.
Like he says the room is small but it was really not an issue at all- it has ample space to store all your clothes, etc.
Brian guided me as to where to go during my stay and always respected my privacy.
I'm gonna reccommend this spot to my friends as well so if you can book this place, do it!
Brian was amazing! He was extremely hospitable and flexible. Island you really can't beat the location. Walking distance to tons of great food as well as Times Square. I would highly suggest this place to anyone.
The appartment was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Brian was a great host. He stays in the appartment with you but he rarely ever there. If you get a chance, talk to him a bit about the things he does in his free time becasue he is a very interesting person. He can also give you some great places to go while you are in the city.
The location was great if you want to do the touristy things because it is very close to times square and the theater district. BUT the great thing is that it is far enough from times square so his neighborhood isnt mobbed with all the annoying tourists. There are a bunch of cute little resturants all around his appartment, so make sure you check them out.
Brian was a stellar host! You could not find a better host, nor a better setup! The apartment was lovely and clean, but most importantly: it was 2 blocks from Times Square! It was spectacular! Brian himself was a champion. He is very nice and is pleasant to talk to. He had stellar advice about Broadway shows, local restaurants and was able to give directions around the city remarkably well! We asked him where a post office was at one point and without hesitation he gave us the address of two different post offices and helped us figure out which one was most convenient in relation to what our plans were after it. We will definitely be staying with Brian again sometime!
We can highly recommend Brian, he was very accommodating and helpful with lots of very good tips on what to do in NYC. The apartment is in a perfect location, and is very tidy with comfy bed .... Great stay!!
Brian was a great host-- gave us directions to his place and helped figure out which was the easiest/cheapest transit to get there.
Très bien centré
Appartement très propre
I recently spent a week with Brian and the week passed quickly and I enjoyed the stay with him. It took a bit getting use to sharing a space with someone as I have lived alone a good portion of this part of my life but Brian did not seem to have any trouble with my being there. Brian was very helpful and willing to give suggestions as to things to do and see.
Great guest! Very easy to communicate with and left the apartment extremely clean. I would definitely recommended to any potential host. Even left a bottle of wine. Thanks Brian!
