Rosalie's stay, started out well enough. She and her husband seemed nice and even brought me a thoughtful gift. Shortly after that, as time progressed it was clear to me that the Airbnb way of travel was not for them. They became unnecessarily paranoid and skittish and did not communicate very well. I believe the room they rented from me was not luxurious enough for them, but had they voiced their concerns to me personally at the time rather than passive aggressively leaving it in a review, the issues could have been dealt with. They ended up leaving early like thieves in the night without a word except a note stating that they got a late phone call. Days later, an email with veiled accusations of theft of a pair of $15 drumsticks (which were COMPLETELY UNFOUNDED) was the explanation given. Other guests have left MUCH more valuable items in their rooms without incident. These people are nice enough if you are willing to jump through hoops and read minds. Otherwise I would suggest they stick to 5 star hotels at triple the price.
