For those of you looking to stay near the heart of Paris, then Antoine's place is an ideal location. First it is a 10mins walk to Bastille, plus you have a choice of two other local metros that makes it easy to get to Grand Boulevards district and Bastille naturally into centre Paris. Appartment is very close to a local Carrefour City supermarket (2 mins)with nice large local cafe where friends meet. Antoine as a person was really cool, checked in with me on the same evening on arrival to see if all was well, was very responsive by SMS or email. Appartment is spotless, Antoine is very service orientated and appartment had a big TV and very cool lights with zapper....very cool. Agree with person below who mentioned large windows make the appartment very alive but has nice heavy curtains for those of you whom are like me and wish to take a nap in the day! Will go back again for sure. Thanks Antoine!
We stayed at Antoine's apartment for 2 nights in august. That was great! The studio is modern, well designed, clean and tidy and has everything we could need. It's in 5 minutes walking from the metro station Breguet Sabin (hope i wrote it right :) on the last floor and you can see the sky from the kitchen :)) That doesn't mean there's no roof ,) Just a cool natural lighting system. There is a really huge TV in the studio and an iMac that is certainly not small too) Every part of the flat is nice - neon lamps with a remote controller, cool black fluffy carpet, big bed on the second floor, coll stuff on the walls and etc.
Antoine is a friendly guest and he waited for us despite our flight was delayed and he was in a hurry.
So we give him highest recommendations. Have nice guest in the future!
We stayed with Antoine in June for two nights. He (email hidden); he was very helpful even when we had a bit of cell phone confusion, and he left us lots of tips and tricks for getting around the neighborhood. It's a bit of a walk-up, but don't let that deter you! The apartment is perfect--cozy, clean, with a nice view, a cute and tiny but functional kitchen, and an awesome espresso maker. :) The neighborhood is also really nice--it can be a little noisy at night, but not too bad if you're out in it exploring the copious bars, cafes and clubs in close proximity to the apartment. Very easy to get around, on foot or by metro. Would absolutely recommend! Thank you, Antoine!
My husband and I stayed at Antoine's place for two nights. We had a great time! His apartment is conveniently located close to Place de la Bastille. Around it you have several shops, bars, a grocery store, and also some good bakeries!
His apartment was very neat and clean. It looks just like the pictures. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting on his couch, enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day and watching his huge Tv screen!
The bathroom was also clean, very basic, but it had everything you needed. The kitchen is also basic but we managed to use it to have some breakfast.
Overall we had a great experience at Antoine's place and we would definitely stay again. We highly recommend staying there!
I recommend him as good guest.
